I have been disappointed by this store one too many times. I have ordered from them many times and keep having a bad experience.... I have a lot of food allergies and it?s hard enough for me to eat out as it is. When I find a place that I can actually eat atwith no issues, it?s sad when they don?t provide a positive experience. I?ve ordered online multiple times or through the doordash app and then they will call and say they aren?t doing delivery for the remainder of the evening because their driver hasgone home. This has happened on far too many occasions. I order with plenty of time before closing. But they will call a fewminutes before they close to tell you they are canceling the order. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They don?t careabout their customers or the service they provide. Read more

Jimmy Johns Store #1970 on Bull Run Dr. Columbia, provides consistently the worst fast food experience I have ever experienced.... I don't leave reviews unless there is a serious issue like I am about to mention. If you read other reviews about this place,you will see a trend among key topics in peoples' complaints, and they are yet to be addressed. This is the closest location tomy job and my home, so I have ordered here on several occasions. They, regularly fail to include items in orders (chips andcookies), or they completely ignore any sandwich customization/make entirely the wrong sandwiches. The only thing that I CANcount on when I order from this location is that I will have to contact them after the order has arrived and explain what theyscrewed up this time. In no exaggeration, I have had easily 15 of 20 orders messed up. I understand the occasional mistake whenyou are busy, or training new staff, but this frequency of failure is frankly, unacceptable. It is a major inconvenience to havea delivery botched, which then requires you to drive to the store and ask somebody to make it right. By that point, You havecreated a redundancy of the delivery driver and paid a tip + the delivery fee just to drive to the shop. Today I was offered adiscount of $1.05 to buy an additional sandwich to replace the one that they had completely screwed up. This service is lousyand needs to be addressed. Read more
A little difficult to find off the highway exit, but once I passed the turn off for Holiday Inn I realized I went too far.... Zipped around and was greeted by a beautiful store. Clean and full of busy bee workers ready to make my lunch. The Turkey Tom isalways my favorite. I was serviced by an excellent team of sandwich makers. They were nice and ready to help. Clean bathroom andoverall excellent location. I would highly recommend. Thanks for making my lunch while traveling A+. Read more
