They have a spice/heat scale on their online menu that goes from 1 to 15. I figured that if their spice/heat scale goes all the... way to 15, I had better err on the side of caution the first time, so I ordered my curry at 8. Just picked up takeout chicken biriyani, something I've had 20 times. Opened the carton and thought, this is different. Tasted... it, it's terrible. The only distinguishable flavor is black pepper or something similar. Totally bland otherwise. Checkedgoogle reviews to see if the owners had recently sold, and sure enough they had. The lunch buffet is my favorite. Always great food. Very kind people. **Update** 8/20/22: They are open inside again!! I am so... excited. This has been my favorite restaurant for years. Incredible food and wonderful people. Lots of vegan options on the menuand even more vegetarian options. I highly recommend the vegetable pakoras, vegetable samosas, and the roti (no butter) allmixed together with an entree. The first picture is from the buffet, years ago. Just ate here with my wife, food was amazing, as well as the customer service. The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere,... welcoming you in. The food is amazing. Certain foods they will ask you how hot you would like it on a scale of 1-10. If youhandle heat well, definitely go on the higher side (7+). We ate a variety of food, including their appetizer platter, which Ihighly recommend. I also recommend getting a Masala Chai, which they brewed fresh. Very bad customer service. Rude manager. Asked for sliced onions and this is what I got. Food is old as if refrigerated. Very... low turnover. Be careful when you dine or get take out. Read more

I used to love this place. No more buffet so we ordered off the menu, bad mistake. For a $15 entree you get mostly sauce with a... few pieces of protein. If you?re wanting to spend that much on lunch for sauce and rice then this this place. So disappointing,tbh. Read more
