Love the food. Understaffed but the people working were doing there best and i still got my food pretty quickly
Ordered last night thru doordash and after going thru all the ins and outs the driver went to get the order to deliver and... Hardee's was closed. 6pm ? I was not able to get food. Have to wait to be credited my money back too. Thanks..for nothing. Read more
Useless. Twice now tried to get a Frisco burger, both times bread was completely untoasted, fries cold etc. Just went, after... waiting 10~ min at the drive thru the guy in front finally left (never answered the drive thru). I pull up to order...they can'tserve any burgers right now (12 noon on a Monday). Why even be open? Also soda machine must be broken as they never have a fullsoda menu. Manager is rude. Refused to resolve the issue and just walked away from me then ignored me for 30 minutes until I just left. ... Will never be returning to this horrible place of business. Take your money elsewhere. Read more
Didn?t come to the Drive Thru window for 5 minutes while standing drinking her drink. Our food was waiting getting cold and she... hasn?t even taken our money. Bad hygiene and extremely bad customer service! Read more
You should give the people working the afternoon of Thursday, August 26th a raise! They were extremely fast, and super friendly.... The food was good, but the people made all the difference. They wore their masks correctly, and they were kind and polite. Thankyou, Hardee's employees! Read more
Drivethru customer. 15 + minute waiting time. Let me tell you I have no time nor effort, but I will wait for my correct and... HOT food and SAFE to eat. Sad to say the order was not up to standards at least the double cheeseburger with extra extrapickles. So the All Star box was correct fries a little overcooked but doable, not my double cheeseburger it had a white smallpaper 1:00 pm handwritten on the bottom burger covered with cheese. I called after I removed the paper and snapped picture ofit. I called and spoke to the manager and we came to an understanding of replacing my entire meal at a later date.
