This location cancelled my order for 6 pizzas 10 minutes before the order was supposed to arrive for my son?s birthday party. ... The store employee on the phone told me that it wasn?t his problem and that I would have to speak to his boss. Incompetent management. Terrible service. They have outsourced the phone orders to China rather than pay employees more to... retain or attract new employees. Overall this place has gone down hill significantly, this used to be one of the best dominos intown. Read more
I ordered, thin crust not pork crackling crust! Crust was burnt, and hard on both pizzas. These pizzas sealed the deal for me.... Will not order another pizza from Domino's. Read more
First time ordering from here. Didn't get the extra cheese I asked and paid for! As you can see by photo, what cheese is on it... is already hardening because it has cooled down. Tracking showed the pizza out of oven at 6:05pm, I got it at 6:41pm. I liveunder 3 miles from the business and my pizza was barely warm. Read more
If 0 stars was an option I'd have picked that. Rude. Incompetent. Cancels orders close to closing time because y'all lazy and... don't wanna deliver. Fast as hell to take my money, 3-5 days to refund it because y'all just don't wanna work. Pitiful. Read more
Just ordered a pizza and wings. The pizza was a mess, flipped, on top of one another, it looked like it was dropped. And... ofcourse they forget my wing sauce. Seems to happen every time I order from there. Pizza tasted fine, wings were a little dryand tough, definitely sucked without sauce. Read more
I received a pizza with several strands of hair inside. I called and informed the restaurant, respectfully. They said they would... get a new pizza delivered to me as soon as they were done with the order they were working on. An hour later, I called to get anupdate and the person who answered informed me they were busy and I would have to wait (mind you, I was originally told they nolonger deliver after a certain time unless I was within close proximity... aka there should not have been too many deliveriesahead of mine)..
