We went to this location about 7:00 p.m. tonight. We had to wait about 10 minutes which wasn't very bad. When we were seated I... noticed that the floors around us were filthy. There was literally a piece of bacon on the floor behind my chair. I also watchedan employee spray down a table with cleaner and then wipe all of the crumbs and straw wrappers into the floor without sweepingthem up. I thought maybe they would come back and sweep it up. Nope, they just seated someone at the table and did not clean themess they wiped into the floor for the duration of our meal. When we got our food, my son's mac and cheese had some brownlooking stuff in it that looked like a potato skin. We don't know what it was...maybe burnt cheese? I had the chicken friedsteak with okra, green beans, and grits. Everything was good but the grits as they were served room temperature. The floors inthe country store were absolutely filthy. It appeared as if they hadn't been cleaned all day. There were shirts for sale thatwere lying on the floor. The men's restroom had paper towels overflowing out of the garbage can and the toilet seats werefilthy. The waitress was great. She apologized a few times for not coming around as often as she thought she should, but shewas just fine. When we went to pay there was only one cashier and about 10 people waiting to pay. The line to pay wrappedaround to the hostess station which created quite the traffic jam. Not sure what is going on with this location. Maybe they areshort-staffed due to covid? I have no idea but we will not be back. I'm really sad because I used to love going to crackerbarrel as a kid and now it appears to be a shell of its former self. Read more

I have so much too say about my visit. First off, it took 20 minutes to get drinks. Waiter took our order, then 15 minutes... later, came back and asked what I ordered because he couldn't read his writing. We got our food. My baked potato was cold andhad been sitting for a while. The biscuits were so hard. I asked for some more, but was told they were all hard due to it beinglate at night. This next part really ticked me off. I go to pay and was told they don't take gift cards with no pin number. Iwould have to call the number on the back and get a pin number. I called the number, but got no answer. I had to literally havemy daughter use her debit card to pay. Are you kidding me??? The cashier said it was a new rule. I was so embarrassed to have toask my daughter to pay when I had over $100 in cracker barrel gift cards. Read more

Dining room is open for business - YEA !!!! We stopped for Breakfast/Lunch about 13:30 AM on a Saturday. Places was ALREADY... busy and waiting list had us at 25-35 minutes wait. We got called in only 20 minutes later. We were promptly seated with menus.Within 2 minutes, waitress came by to give us a basket with napkins and silverware. She apologized that she would be back inanother 2 minutes (delivering food to another table). True to her word, she was back. We ordered drinks AND food right away. Drinks arrived in about 4 minutes. Our food came within 15 minutes (not bad considering how busy they were AND apparently shortstaffed). My sister had eggs in a basket with Hashbrowns and sausage. I took the 2 mini cheese burger sliders and tater tots(I received the sausage from the other order????????). The food was as ordered, not and good. No complaints at all. Thislocation has done an absolutely FANTASTIC job from the greeter/ hostess, to the waitress, cooks and checkout. They wereobviously slightly understaffed, the waitresses were REALLY hustling. YET ... Everyone was polite, kind courteous ANDPROFESSIONAL! In this pandemic economy we are in, this business was a breath of fresh air. Job well done. If everyone wouldemulate these workers, we all could navigate this pandemic with less stress. They deserve 5 stars and people should check themout. To all - PLEASE Be nice, Be kind, Take care, Be safe and Stay healthy. ???????????? Read more

Not worth it to eat here. My wife and I are veterans so we have suffered through bad food in DFAC?s plenty of times. The food... here is sloppy, greasy, burnt, or stale. No winners on the menu. We both ordered the Grandma?s Sampler. Eggs were cold,hash-brown casserole tasted like old cheap onions, pancakes were greasy and crunchy and burnt, bacon was just sadness, pintobeans tasted like they died several days prior, sugar cured ham tasted like burnt greasy skillet. I included a pic of one of mypancakes that had noticeable bits of char from previous food. Fire everyone that works in the kitchen here IMO and find staffthat actually knows how to cook. Also the waitress brought our food out after numerous tables that ordered after us and nevercame back until she handed us the wrong ticket. We discovered upfront our ticket was for meatloaf and something else. Cost morebut didnt even care at that point. Give me my receipt Im outta here. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel restaurants in numerousstates, this is hands down the worst. Read more
