Concept, execution, experience, flavor, service, knowledge of staff, price: 5/5!! This is an absolute gem of an experience! All... chicken salad, all the time; if chicken salad is a safe food for you, THIS is the spot to be! Meaghan was quick on therecommendations from each category, and helped us pick a superb lunch consisting of The Chick Trio. Sandwich, side (broccolisalad is amazing!), and third scoop with a selection from their superbly brewed teas and lemonades set us back approximately$15/person, with enough leftovers for a later snack! The added bonus of a buttercream cookie for dessert set it off nicely, aswell. As someone who loves creating and enjoying amazing foods, this is what it's all about. They picked a topic they werepassionate about, crafted an amazing environment to serve it in, and perfected the presentation and options. Stopped here by chance with my mom after an appointment, and it is absolutely delicious! They have so many different options and... they even let you sample. I got the Kickin? I just want to say we just had the BEST experience at a fast food restaurant since Covid. The food was not immediately ready... once we got to the window there was a small wait the girl at the window was sincerely apologetic and said they would give us acookie for our wait. She thanked us for our patience when she handed over the food. We got the promised cookies. Then as we weredriving away they had forgot to give us a bag of chips and another employee was running after us. This is what good service isall about. We live in Holden Mo this was our second positive experience. The food is Amazing and a great value and there are somany choices ! We will always stop here if we was going thru Columbia! Absolutely AMAZING food, atmosphere, and service. I will forever be a fan ?????????? DELICIOUS. You get a cookie with your... meal as a dessert and it is super cute and so good! If you love chicken salad, this is the place to go! Lots of choices... traditional, savory, fruity, or spicy. I had a delicious... chicken salad on croissant and a cup of soup (there are other sides available). My meal also came with a dill pickle spear and alittle cookie, all for less than $10! Overall the food was pretty good. Wish there was just a little more chicken salad on the sandwiches. Seemed like I had more... bread than anything. The decor and restaurant itself was very cute and inviting. The staff all had a smile and were veryfriendly. But it was 29° outside and honestly not much warmer inside, I think they had the AC on. My hands were literallyfreezing by the time I left. So I was not very comfortable eating while I was freezing cold. I would come back but will have toremember gloves next time.
