I never get my gas from here but I love their chicken bacon ranch pizza and it's really handy to use the app
This is lazy, who sells a pizza like this? We paid for it online but this is ridiculous.
By far the Worst Casey?s pizza I have ever had. Dough was awful and hard. ???? ...Customer service however was pleasant. I've been buying Casey's pizza's for years and tonight was the worst pizza I've ever received from Casey's. The taco pizza was... not full size it was very small and was very skimpy on toppings and we had ask for the taco sauce. I don't know if it's becausethis was are free pizza and they felt like they could skimp on a free pizza? All I know is we won't be ordering pizza from this Casey's again. Read more
This is absolutely the worst Casey's and the state of Missouri. Most employees are rude and every time you go buy something... there whatever the prices the cash register rings it up higher. If I were you I would never stop at this gas station. Read more
I have received the absolutely worst customer service on all levels of management from this Casey's Pizza store location.... Attention college kids, if you look close enough to be able to drink this Casey's will NOT card you. Your welcome for the tip.Also, when the cashier doesn't check your ID to see if you are old enough to drink, don't forget to grab your ID because theywill throw it away in the trash & make you buy another & when you call the manager to tell them you left it & need it back, themanager "never" got the message. Then all the employees will act clueless what is going on & then you have to treat them likelittle children & tell them to do something more than once to get it done & then the assistant manager will yell at you on thephone & then hang up on you. So if you want to go to a location ran by children, with terrible customer service then this is theplace to go. You would never think the corporate office would act the same right? WRONG!!!!! Thinking I would get somewhere witha "high up" who should capable to handle customer service complaint & actually give the upset customer a resolution to theproblem or make them at least feel at ease. I am astonished with the responses I am getting for what I am asking. I am askingfor what is right & fair & I am having to jump through hoops to get clarity. This is beyond silly at this point & cannot believehow there management is handle situations, let alone corporate saying, "if you at least look 21, you won't get carded." Whoawhat? I see this being a huge problem in more way than one. Casey's I think it is wise if you, at the very least, learn customerservice, management, problem resolution & more importantly look into the law! Tried to call this store for over 5 mins and a few times after, hoping someone was just busy. Instead, the phone continued to... ring and ring, but no employee could be bothered to pick up the phone. Don't waste your time calling this store. Read more
