As a loyalty card holder I love, love, love Andy?s, however, this location has been very inconsistent when it comes to putting... enough toppings or putting any toppings at all. Last week I ordered medium vanilla custard with peanut butter x 2, cookie doughand peanut butter cups and they forgot to put in peanut butter. I get Andy?s once a week and they mess up my order every otherweek. I did not have this issue at any other Andy?s location. It should not be that hard to put in all the toppings especiallysince I am paying for extra toppings to be put in. I think I will start going to other two Andy?s in Columbia. Read more
Edit: when the company posts that they would like you to reach out to discuss the situation, then you do only to be ignored,... that is even more frustrating. I wasted time and energy on this situation?.again! I would not recommend Andy?s on Trimble Rd.When they serve you bad product, they consider it ?a courtesy? to replace it. They may replace it with a lesser priced item, orjust choose not to replace it at all, according to the person working there. She acted as if I was wrong to ask for food thatwas edible. She informed me that I had gotten what I ordered and that she was doing me a favor by replacing it with the smaller,lesser priced item. She also informed me that I should not have a problem with the completely inedible sundae I hadgotten. Awful customer service. Fantastic and quick service! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Shoutout to the two employees I had... great interactions with! The young lady who took our order before we got to the window and gave us great suggestions! And to thegentleman at the window who was very nice and extremely helpful explaining me on how to use the Andy?s app to redeem points forthe first time! These two really got the grasp of great customer service! Plus, the James Brown Funky Jackhammer was a greatsuggestion, thanks to the employee!
