We had early dinner here, on Saturday. The wait to get our table wasn't too bad. We arrived at about 4:30pm and got a table for... two within 15 min. I love that you pick exactly what you want to go into your pot of broth, and the servers were very helpful... explaining how the hotpot works, and what the different add ins were! 10/10, I would definitely come again! such a great place to go! very welcoming environment, super cozy on a cold day. we went for dinner and ordered one original... broth and one spicy broth. had the lamb, some noodles, octopus, pumpkin, marinated shrimp, mussels, and several other things.the pork dumplings are 10/10, definitely recommend!!! the ipad ordering is so convenient and fast, wish more places did this!! ALWAYS an amazing time at Urban Hotpot. Ingredients were fresh, service was impeccable. We came at 12:00PM and were seated... quickly. The broth came within five minutes of ordering, and the foods came quickly. We were done eating by about 1:15PM. Forabout $25 a person for lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! (We have been here many times prior to this visit). Visitedagain January 26. Again had an amazing time! Prompt seating, ample parking, wonderful and attentive wait staff. This place is fantastic they have been open for about a year. I have been here multiple times. Price is Right food is always... fantastic and their house sauce is to die for. First time visit to Urban Hot Pot. Wasn?t quite sure what to expect. Ordered two all you can eat soups, with all the ingredients... my heart desired. Requested seafood soup base, with meats, veggies, and healthy list or provided spices and sauces. The food wasabsolutely amazing. Gave the place 5 stars only because they wouldn?t allow for more. First time to ever have hotpot. I was a bit worried at first. Visions of a failed Korean BBQ experience came to mind where we... left poorer but still hungry and went to Wendy's. This was GREAT though. All you can eat dinner is a bit pricy at $29.99 but itis all you can eat. We each had our own stove and each ordered a soup base. There are a variety of meats including seafood,vegetables, dumplings, noodles and rice. There is also a sauce bar with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, garlic, springonions salt & pepper (also ones I didn't use but were available). We tried a bunch of things and reordered the ones we reallyliked (I liked everything). The seafood was good but hard to peal the shells because it was so hot. I especially liked that Iordered spicy and the food was actually spicy. Normally places that have spicy level 3 is still too mild. THIS spicy bowl ofsoup was good and spicy. Full of flavor! The staff was on top of things too! Different staff came to ask if we need refills,brought food and asked if we needed help, we didn't have to wait on our one guy for anything. Again, for my budget, it ispretty expensive. But I would eat here again and again as long as my wallet is able (I already know what I'm going to order) Weall left happy and full. Read more
