This location is going through some growing pains due to being taken over by a different cafeteria management company, I... think. It's going to take longer to get drinks and they may not be made correctly. Today, I ordered a venti strawberry-acai.The person who made my drink made it to specifications for a grande drink and when another worker told them about it they justadded more ice. Thus, I got a weak drink with less ounces of total fluid. I would have said something but I was late to classdue to the slowness of this location. Read more
Was clean, the employees were nice and got my orders with no problems.
Hard to find, kind of far from parking, closes at 2pm daily. Inside the college, so unless you're a student it's pretty... inconvenient. If you're a student it's great. Read more
I went there to order Peach Green Tea before my class started and the Lady employee told me that they are out of peach so I... tried to order The Mango Dragon Fruits instead..The lady who took the order didn?t even ask me what size i want she just chargeme 5$ and some changes .I am the only customer and there are 2 employees. They take like 10 min to make my ONE drink and after10 min of waiting one lady employee come to me and said they are out of dragon fruit.. What kind of business run out of productsthat they sell and not notice? I work for food industry too so I understand that you run out of ingredients that you need foryour business . But letting the customer wait for like 10 minutes and telling them you are out ? It?s just wasting the customer/student time. The manager of this starbucks is one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. I Simply questioned the price of a drink,... because 4 other employees AT THE SAME LOCATION ring it up differently (cheaper of course) he didn't want to hear anything I hadto say. pointed at the list of prices says the other employees arnt on the register right now and he's the manager. someone withso little people skills should surely not be manager of any thing dealing with customer service.
