This by far was the worst experience I?ve had at this smoothie king. I come here at least once or twice a week with other family... members coming weekly as well. We?ve had problems with smoothies but have been fixed but it?s the customer service that makesthis place horrible. Today i came in, placed my order and waited for my smoothie. The young lady first made my son?s smoothiewhich i request no bananas (our same order weekly), she sets the smoothie on the counter partially full but i don?t really carebecause i wasn?t sure if he would finish it. Then my second smoothie came it was too was partially filled. I asked if it was mysmoothie and she proceeds to say yes i say is this a full smoothie she says well it?s like that because you removed an item. Ialso added an item and this also isn?t my first time getting this order. Because it was older people waiting be i proceeded toto leave. As I?m leaving out another online order comes next me and says that?s not a full smoothie quietly to me. She as wellhad two smoothies the same size as mine and hers were over flowing. The young lady proceeds to say you have a great day. I askedwhat her name was and she says I?m not giving you my name i ask why not and she says because I?m not. My family owns this placeso you can?t report me to anyone. This establishment has been given chance after chase and i will no longer come to thissmoothie king. Her and her family can take other people?s money and provide poor customer service. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! Read more

Extremely slow service given with no enthusiasm. Possible the worst smoothie king experience I've ever had and I've been going... to smoothie kings in the area for over 10 years multiple times a month. One particular time it was taking so long I just leftwith the smoothie or a refund. I was appalled when I walked in and this lady blatantly told me that she can?t serve me. Apparently someone came in the day... before and I looked like the person. I tried to explain to her that it wasn?t me and she threatened to call the police on me. Iwas shocked and yea I couldn?t order. Had to leave to avoid further embarrassment. Read more

I have never experienced such piss poor customer service. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I?ve told all my family... in the area to stay away!!! After waiting almost a half hour for my smoothie I was told by an employee (a young man with locks)that ?he didn?t care it was just smoothies? I eventually requested a refund and even after his colleague apologized for theinconvenience he continued with ?I don?t apologize? and proceeded to talk trash. Hello, owner, if you see this could you please reach out to me? This is the 3rd day my coworkers and I have tried to order... nearly $100 worth of smoothies from your location on grubhub. Each and every time, our order was canceled. Each time we orderedwell before your delivery deadline. When I called to inquire why my entire team was let down, yet again, by someone at yourstore canceling our order, a young man allegedly named Devon, said he didn't cancel the order. He said one other person was onshift with him, who he claimed also didn't cancel the order. So, now Devon thinks I'm dumb, and that ghosts are going aroundcanceling your grubhub orders. All I'm asking for is an explanation. I have my suspicions as to why two young workers would wantto cancel an order for 6 smoothies, but I don't want to assume. All i want is the truth and an apology for not adding any notesas to why the orders were cancelled. No communication, no honesty, no answers, no nothing. Totally unacceptable. Not to mentionit takes up to 5 days for the money to be refunded to my card. With cancelled orders for 6 people, 3 times in a row, 2 timesback to back, needless to say, I'm temporarily down quite a bit of money. And your employees have nothing to say for it?Unacceptable. SLOWEST service ever. there were two people ahead of me in line, and it took 10 minutes for them to take our orders. and then... they made the smoothies of the two people that ordered AFTER me before making mine, and i ended up waiting 30 minutes total formy one basic smoothie with no add ons. this is coming from someone who literally never leaves reviews, let alone ones like this,because i?ve worked in food service for years and i understand how it can be stressful, but from what i could perceive, therewas no reason for it to take this long and do other peoples? orders before mine, especially with two people working. I am VERY CRITICAL of two things: customer service + my smoothies. This company excelled in both! I wish I could give this... business 5 more stars! ???? I was very pleased with the service. This location is terrible. There was a 20 minute wait for a smoothie... the employees were so slow and only used one blender at... a time. It took the two of them to wash the other one. Terrible smoothies too. They were so runny and seems like they justdumped a cup of water into it. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Read more
