Very nice choice of teas. It was hard to pick just one. I got the purple love tea. It was great!!

First time I tried the kokee milk tea I liked the taste but they ran out a boba 1 hour before closing. however my most recent... visit the drink tasted like straight milk :( their tea is diluted. I won?t be coming back since there is so much inconsistencywith their drinks. Also customer service is lacking. Came here yesterday with my bf and saw they opened a new boba place in the mall and just didn?t have the best customer service... experience with the cashier. I don?t know if he was having a bad day or something he is going through, he had an attitude andwhen he asked what type of boba I want. I literally could not hear him he had to say it three times to me by the third time hesaid ?tsk? and rolled his eyes so I said ?why are you getting an attitude?? And he rolled his eyes again. Ordered a strawberry milk tea with boba and it was easily the most disappointing milk tea I?ve ever had, at a steep cost of $7.... It tastes like strawberry milk mixed with water and the boba is not real boba, it?s sweet jelly poppers that taste even moreartificial than the drink. I asked if I could have a Thai tea instead, and they said I would not be able to trade but I wouldhave to pay for it. I sipped probably one sip of it and what was left is pictured. To decline a customer when they say they aredisappointed with your product shows that the level of care about customer satisfaction is shamefully low. I would recommendtrying a different milk tea location because the service, product and policies are abysmal. Read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. I wanted to try something new, not Kung Gu tea or Gong Cha. I was walking near the food court and came across... this tea place. I got Brown Sugar Milk Tea, the sugar level was perfect their tapioca boba pearls were soft and chewy. Exactlyhow I like them. Also, the ordering time and making time was super fast. There was no wait line, it was very fast and efficient.Would definitely recommend!! Read more

This place has taken over for a tea shop that used to be there the difference at this one is very well lit has a lot of tea... displays as well as serving options to serve your tea in. It's great that they have a sign outside showing their most popularflavors and the staff inside are very friendly.. Michelle was nice and pleasant and recommended me the cold brew boba with amilk cap. This is my first time having this particular flavor of boba tea and it is absolutely delicious. They also have a fallfestive pumpkin spice Thai tea boba. Definitely give it a shot. Will be back again. Read more
