Dunkins new loyalty program is terrible, and the staff at the location off Snowden couldn't care less. I waited 5 minutes for... them to figure out how to charge the latest promo and walked out without breakfast. Went across the street to another shop.Tried to reach DD support and was kept on hold forever and gave up. Maybe I am expecting too much from DD, but just respondingto their email offers. Read more
Recently remodeled to have put in cold brew fountain drinks. Looks very nice and clean! Recommend!!
They have "modernized" this Dunkin. There is no display case full of donuts to make your selections from. They don't carry bags... of Dunkin whole beans anymire - just ground. The former staff were friendly and always smiling. The guy who was there did noteven look me in the eye and certainly did not smile, much less seem friendly. You place your order at an input pad, but thereis no sanitizer dispenser to use before handling your coffee cup or bag of food after tapping a pad touched by many otherpeople. Eewwwww. I hated the whole process. I'll drive the extra couple miles to the drive-through Dunkin where the folks arefriendly before I'll go back to this one. Read more

Used the mobile app to purchase a iced coffee and avocado toast. They served me burnt toast and covered it up with the avocado... spread!! I did not even realize this until I got to my destination. Okay. I understand how hard it is to live in inflation times but goodness, why are you so rude to your customers? We all are... going thru somewhat hard times in every different situations. Its not just you! There were a young guy and an older lady(thetrouble one) and this lady who doesn?t seem to understand much of new Dunkin?s reward system was trying to tell me I can getmuffins or munchkins for a free option when it clearly said the coupon excludes munchkins and they didnt even have muffins ondisplay case. So I asked her If I can choose one of the donuts and she added and it worked of course and did this make herupset? She threw my receipt on the counter instead of handing it over to me or even asking if I want the receipt or not. Itwasn?t only me seeing that rude behavior but also my husband asked me why she was so upset. Then guess what? She pumped sugarsfuriously 6 times on my Medium iced coffee(isnt it supposed to have 3 or 4 max unless you specified?) and of course I cant drinkmy coffee cuz its mad sweet! I will never go back to this location where mgmt dont care about training their employees or couldshe be the manager? Dont go there unless you dont mind her pouring negative energy onto you and lacking knowledge of manuals oreven not having descent manners.
