The health department really needs to do a follow up here! When I arrived there were 4 customers in the restaurant... 2 trash... cans overflowing, the guys bathroom was disgusting(even with a combination code to use it), one of two coke machine was out oforder, other patrons left crumbs and fries scattered across the floor, chairs and tabletops that weren't being cleaned up. Thecondiment station was out of lids, plastic forks and the ketchup was really low. Now into the food... I'm actually disappointedwith the food after seeing all the delicious pictures on Google. $50 seemed a bit over priced for 2 -steak and shake styleburger meals that were terrible examples of "wagyu" beef! Not to mention the onion rings were under cooked and for the size ofthe rings, there was too much moisture left in the ring and after frying it, the onion made the batter soggy! My friend wasdisappointed with the fries, he says the onion ring were better but not by much. I feel bad for the girl 1 who was working theregister when I came in because it seemed like she was the only one running the front, taking out the trash on her slow time,then mopping the floor where the trash juice dribbled. There was another girl but she only came out when there was a line andstood near girl 1 to look busy! However girl 2 had plenty of extra time to have a conversation with this other person in therestaurant! Read more
Burger was ok definitely better than other chain burger places, bacon was delicious. Cashier was somewhat helpful they told me... what burgers they liked best but couldn't tell me information on other burgers I asked about. Filling burgers and a cold beer. Milk shake was ok, but the truffle French fries were excellent. Got home after lunch and had to... take a nap! Pretty cold in there, small tables too with metal chairs. Onion rings are overly greasy. Read more
Really great place to grab a burger, some gourmet fries and a shake. Highly recommend. Raymond was super helpful too!
Biggest waste of $34. First off the guy at the counter who was supposed to help us was too busy texting.. when my husband called... him out he said his manager was texting him. 2:30 on 3-13..GM so you know. The place is SUPER dirty.. see pictures. The burgerwas no better than McDonald's and a whole lot more expensive. The fries and onion rings are gross. Fries were burnt. Onionrings doughy gross with no flavor. 6 people working and no one came to clean 1 table for the 20 minutes we were there. Wishthere was some way to get my money back. Things are so much more expensive these days.. That was $34 in the trash can. Maybethis business is shutting down soon.. seems like they it by their: food, service, and quality. Mmmmm. Great burger! I had a burgerfi burger with Swiss cheese, jalapeños, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. My... nice had almost the same with out the jalapeños, and tomatoes. She also had the Oreo shake (Mmmm ????). For my wife I orderedthe Quinoa veggie lettuce ???? (as a bun) burger to go. She loves this veggie burger (best in the DC metro area.). I love BurgerFi but this location in particular isn?t very good. My fries were burnt. My burger was missing items and wasn?t... very flavorful. I ordered the truffle fries and they came out like this-I threw them in the trash. What a waste of money. Alsoevery single table in the restaurant was dirty. Read more
