Update 10/18/2022: Adjusted to 5 stars. Having visited multiple times a week for the past 2 years, I can't remember the last... time there was a major delay or an incorrect order. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants now! Update 11/23/2020: Ihave adjusted my rating from 1 to 4 stars as they have turned the corner and improved service greatly. Service has beenconsistently faster and more accurate over the past 3 months. It seems they changed out a lot of the employees and I now prefercoming to this BK over driving to the one on rt. 40. I left my original review to highlight just how much they have improved. For perspective, I have visited this BK about 3 times a week for the past month and it has been a pleasant experience with noissues. Original review: Having been to this Burger King 20+ times since they opened a few months ago, I have been regularlydisappointed. I keep going back hoping to find they have improved; but, they have not. I have tried the lunch rush, dinnerrush, off hours and even weekends. The biggest consistent complaint has been the extremely slow service speed. The majority ofthe time, the drive through takes 5 to 15 minutes, even when there is only one car in line; heaven help you if the line is fulland goes back to the second menu board! I have received the wrong food more often than the right food and the wrong change on afew occasions. My experience today was a typical example and I decided to document it below. First, there was only one car inline, paying at the window when I pulled up to the menu board. I paid and sat behind the only car for 5 minutes. I saw nodiscussion with the car ahead, no obvious errors or disagreements, they were just slow to bring out the food. When I got to thewindow, I could see at least 6 people working; so, they didn?t seem understaffed. Once again, this seems to be normal, based onmy visits so far. I love this location sometimes it can be a little busy and slow with a line the size of a train however the employees deal with... it pretty well for the most part so I can't complain Read more
This is the first time I?ve been to Burger King and had HOT fries. Yum so good. I liked ordering at the kiosk because you could... modify the toppings on your sandwich. Store was clean. Customer service could use some work (employees more concerned with drivethru than in store customers, doesn?t seem to be enough cashiers). The crew here is top notch, friendly, clear spoken on the drive through, they take care of the customers. Food is hot and made... to order. What more can one ask for. ETA Google asked for an update, this is still an awesome spot to get a burger! Read more
Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. I heard good things about the Ch'king so I decided to give it a try. I asked for the... spicey sauce on the side. I was the only one in the store and it still took like 15 minutes to get it. In place of the spiceysauce was 3 worthless mayo packets. The sandwhich was absurdly small and had an almost inedible consistency. I had only takentwo small bites before photographing this travesty. Never again. Read more
We all know what the food tastes like, so there's no review for that. However, this is the 1st time I've been to this Burger... King and I must say, this was one of my best experience at a fast food restaurant. The staff is extremely polite and competent.The food came out hot and fresh. You can tell management runs a tight ship here.. Other locations should be trained just assuch. This location is leading a heck of an example. You guys are superb!! Keep up the great work!!!
