Served wrong order and wasted food. Then told the customer, "We can resell it.", after I had already opened it and touched it to... confirm it was my wrong order. And she told me I was wrong (the customer) Because she could reuse it. However, I had alreadyopened it and took it to my car. Thats not OK and unsafe during Covid. They were ok with wasting food. Wonder what the ownerthinks? And then she remade my order, it was wrong, again! Zero ability of getting orders done correctly . It was one simplebowl and it was wrong twice! Read more

I found this place by accident. You can tell their cook has enthusiasm about his grilling skills. The entire restaurant and... it's staff are so responsive, you feel as if you've walked into a weekend grill party right next to the beach. I won't return to this location. I always order two Chicken/Veggie bowls, no rice and no sauce. This location charges extra for... no rice. We noticed our bowls had almost no broccoli 3 in one, 2 in the other) or carrots, (basically no carrots) and were overfull of cabbage. Frustrating since we paid extra and got a bunch of cheap cabbage. We called and spoke to Maraville. Accordingto her, a regular bowl has 3 broccoli, 6 carrots and 1oz of cabbage. For an extra charge of 30¢ you get 4 broccoli, ? Carrotsand 7oz of cabbage. Maraville insisted on watching the video camera footage in the kitchen to see if we were served the correctamount of vegetables. She continued to argue with my wife about how we got the correct about of each veggie, she saw it on thecamera. Not sure how she was able to identify for sure which ones we got. It really doesn't matter. She went on and on about thefootage. Please see my photo on a calibrated commercial scale which shows after eating the chicken and couple bites of otherveggies, my bowl clearly had 9.6 oz of cabbage. So if she wants to be mad, she needs to look at her kitchen because I got halfsomeone else's cabbage! My wife's bowl after eating some of her cabbage still had 5.6oz! What is upsetting about this wholething is how Maraville argued with my wife for such a long time. She never once apologized or addressed that we had a poordining experience. I have food allergies and cannot eat very many places besides my home. Because of this, and my work schedulewe eat out many times each week, most of the time it's waba for the plain chicken and veggies. It won't be at this store again.This was not how to handle an unhappy customer. Maraville needs customer service training and acted innappropriately.
