Their popcorn chicken was laying on the steel counter, getting crunchier and colder by the oven steel counter corners. They... probably didn?t see the pile of popcorn chicken that got out of its pan in the oven and just forgot about it. Also, theirpotatoes from their cheesy fiesta potatoes had a white fuzzy stuff on them. I had to return the items. The gentleman gave me myrefund but the coins fell as I tried grasping the coins and bills. I wish I had taken photos but honestly, this place doesn?tdeserve an A from the public health department. And, I?m the rude customer for pointing out the staff has this in public scenewith at least 6 employees in the back. Lastly, the customer service is on the defensive. Came in to get food. Was just a bunch of teenagers . The guy who took my order was rude. They didn't have sauces,napkins,... straws, or lids stocked. When I got my food I received no sauce on my nash vill chicken little. They gave me the wrong taco formy cravings box. On top of all that they were throwing food at eachother while and yelling at eachother when I got my ordertaken. Will not come here again. Read more

Rude and inattentive staff, long wait times, lower than average food quality and terrible management. Even after contacting a... manager nothing was done to resolve my issue of an overcooked, flavorless, and completely inaccurate order. Staff was rude and they got my order wrong 2 times, had to drive from Riverside to your location and the food was still bad, my... crunchwrap was soggy and not well put together and my 5 layer was not made correctly cause last time I worked at taco bell itcame with a 6.5 in tortilla and at least a 3 finger pinched of lettuce in the crunchwrap, came in to the store and it seemedlike everyone had time to stand around and talk but didn't seemed to want to redo the order, let's just say if I was a secretshopper this store would have failed bigg time, pls would like to hear back from management if possible.
