Nasty attitude for no reason. Walked in today to order some food, left because they didn?t accept the $100 bill I had and came... back with change so I could Order. I was received with a nasty attitude with the girl who help me, she had red hair. She made itseem like the order of the 3 subs I placed was an inconvenience. I asked nicely for everything, although she kept rolling hereyes and giving me attitude. I specifically asked for my meat to be warmed up separate first and then to be warmed up together,after wards and she just said well I can warm it up together, as if my request wasn?t an option. She just basically threw thesubs together and when it was time to pay I handed her $27 and my total was 26.69 and before she opened the drawer she said Idon?t have change and I just told her that it was fine and I left. Ordered through app. I Forgot to check how to pick my own bread so bad start on my side. I asked for extra cucumbers but when I... didn't taste the cucumbers I looked after first bite and it seemed like only the norm amount. Clean Friendly service fast and efficient ordering. Ap, Store, Associates are not one in the same. If the Ap experiencing issues... it's not the associate job to program edit the ap Store issue behind the counter. Work with the associate to over come thechallenges. I went back to the basics and ordered from the menu above the associate. Got my food as quick. Gave the store a goodreview because Ive ordered & never had issues with the store. Associate it's a hit and miss but overall awesome. Associateprepared the food with pleasure and I was out the door no problems. Associate today are awesome. Read more
Unfortunately this location was out of Meatballs, jalapeno bread and hadn't made any cookies to go with the free cookies when... you purchase a meal as thr trays were not even out. They also didn't prepare any of the fresh juice that they advertise which isnice when for people trying to avoid Soda. I think it's important to mention that I didn't go in between meal times as my visitwas at noon. sandwich I did get was good and my overall experience was positive it's just too bad I had to settle for somethingcompletely different than what I wanted. :( Read more
