03/28/2022 around 12:30pm service was very condescending. So I wanted a custom drink that I ordered at another Starbucks... (nothing difficult: nitro cold brew blended with ice and mocha syrup) but the dude gave a reason that he didn?t even understandfor not being able to make the drink. The ladys and gentlemen here are outstanding. Not only do they add the small but welcoming touch of remembering the locals... names, but they strive to make your experience a postive one. I pass alot of SB in so-cal but I make.sure to come here because they bring a unique warming and personal touch to The cooperations business model . The managers are definitely something rareand noteworthy. Definitely how a coffee house or any small shop should be ran. Read more
