If I could give a 4.5???? review I would. This has to be one of the most authentic Vietnamese food restaurants I have been to in... the area that also tastes delicious. The restaurant was very clean and the owners are very nice. Lots of parkingavailable. Ordered the #3 - beef pho with a variety of meats & the spring rolls. My half ? rating comes from the sauce for thespring rolls. I love a good peanut dipping sauce, and this was 5x more hoisin sauce than peanut with a ton of peanuts on top.The meat in the pho was not 'old' or cheap tasting so that was a plus. This is my new favorite restaurant! We've eaten here 3 times within the last month or so, because I just cannot get enough of... the BBQ pork buns. Each time, we've tried different entrees to go with these and EVERYthing has been delicious.The jasmine icedtea is SO refreshing too. I?ve been here plenty of times with my family. The past couple of times that I went to eat there I noticed that the owner was... extremely rude. The first time i went to this spot he was very helpful and welcoming. Yesterday I asked a couple of questionsregarding the items on the menu and he sounded very condescending. I was not too sure about a particular item because my husbandis usually the one who orders for our family. The owner answered in a way kind of like saying ?duh?, Not sure if I?ll be goingback. Pho Long is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant I?ve been to in the area. I am Vietnamese and I can say the food here is... authentic. Service is very friendly and fast and food is delicious. The restaurant is family operated and the owner ensures thatcustomers are well taken cared of. We stop by here for lunch whenever we crave Vietnamese food. Highly recommend! Read more
I walked in and this is a type of spot where you seat yourself. They brought me utensils and a menu within a couple mins. I... waited about 10 mins for my order to be taken. I ordered the pho number 15 which is rare steak and tripe with no noodles mediumsize. I also ordered the salt and pepper shrimp on the side for an appetizer with the water. It was out within 10 minuteseverything was steamy hot and fresh. The broth was very delicious. I'm not a big fan of shrimp being whole with the legs on. Theflavor that they had on the shrimp was so good I literally just pulled the head off and ate everything but the tail with theshell on and it was so good I was surprised. It was like a sticky chili sweet salt and pepper flavor it was unique and I reallyloved it. I love stopping here when I'm in Colton. I always leave with a full warm belly!! Diced steak with steam rice is amazing. Customer service is excellent. Cleanliness is great. Currently, they only have outside... seating. They could do more in the aspect of lighting, even the string lights if the city permits and heaters. This wouldattract many patrons. Again, the food from the rare steak and chicken pho is great, salt and pepper fish, the spring rolls, thedrinks such as thai tea or watermelon smoothie are delicious. Very forgettable place. Chicken seemed old. The taste of the egg rolls seemed off, although it might just be old. Lol. Took a... chance. Obviously, we won't be back. Another mistake in the books. Due to not looking at reviews. Do yourself a favor and readthrough all the reviews for this place. Came here on a Sunday at 2 pm. Hope this helps someone. Read more
