Speaking from my own experience here: I came here to dine in on Thanksgiving Day after having a bad experience at another... restaurant. To my surprise It was a very pleasant experience eating here. I typically criticize McDonald's for having badcustomer service, however this one might have made me changed my mind. Not only did the lady, (who seemed to be in charge of therestaurant at the time) was very nice, but the rest of the workers seemed to be in a good mood as well, and keep in mind it wasThanksgiving day too. Not to mention the food was freshly made and the service was quick and most importantly good. By far thebest experience I had eating/ordering at a McDonald's. I have issues literally every time I come to this McDonald's I always order through the app and I pick up through the drive-thru... 80% of the time they pull me to wait and one of the curbside pickups and I'm always forgotten I've had to go in multiple timesto get my order mind you I'm always on a 30 minute lunch so my time is very limited. The workers are very rude and just walkaway when you're trying to talk to them I've tried to give them multiple chances to do better but it only gets worse. Today Ihad to pull through the drive-thru twice because they kept telling me my order wasn't complete but come to find out the ladysaid that she was reading the screen wrong when they finally brought out my order. I will never go here again worst serviceever I've never had one spot make so many mistakes and care so little about the quality of service. There's one lady inparticular she wears really big bifocals really heavy set short curly hair she's the rudest out of all of them. Read more

The initial drive up window......The worker was rude. Told me next time I order to just say 6 sandwiches. It's continuous at... this location. Staff needs better training. Management should have higher standards and be present more often. Read more
We ordered inside since the drive thru line was so long. We ended up waiting way longer than if we would of just went through... the drive thru. We spent $30 and some change for breakfast that we ordered through the kiosk. We weren't greeted when we enteredthe location. After about 20 minutes our order was called. The cashier just left the food on the counter and walked away. Myhusband stood there for a few minutes so he can could ask for condiments. He had to say excuse me to get their attention. Oncewe got our condiments we went to the car and began to unpack our items. We were only given one fork when we ordered twoplatters, a sandwich combo and the two breakfast sandwiches they have on special. So my child was left to eat with his fingers! Read more
