I had to downgrade my rating on this place due to the fact that when I was going to the drive-thru, of course what do I get... nothing but cold French fries. How difficult is it to prepare hot french fries for your customers and why do the employees feelthat it's okay to give out cold food! I blame this entirely on all management because if they are being trained that this isokay then it falls upon management! It is true that stuff flows downstream, however training comes from the top! This is by far the worst Jack in the box in the Colton area. I ordered food to go and got some of the worst tasting stale... chicken sandwiches ever. The fries tasted like they were sitting there since the day before. Stay clear of this place and takethe drive to the La Cadena location. Read more
