I appreciated them being friendly even though my request for no cheese was extra.
I ordered a hashbrown and it wasn't cooked all the way. I tried to go inside but all the doors were locked. Yet there were... customers inside. I would've went thru the drive thru again but the line was too long. I definitely won't be going back. Read more

I had to downgrade my rating on this place due to the fact that when I was going to the drive-thru, of course what do I get... nothing but cold French fries. How difficult is it to prepare hot french fries for your customers and why do the employees feelthat it's okay to give out cold food! I blame this entirely on all management because if they are being trained that this isokay then it falls upon management! It is true that stuff flows downstream, however training comes from the top! If you can'ttrain people the right way all the time then you shouldn't be a trainer or a manager or anything above anyone else and thenclaim that you're not getting paid enough! Read more
