Absolutely enjoyed the staff, they are pleasant and informative of the drink options on their menu. Ordered the Colorado Mocha ... and added a carmel drizzle with whole milk and whipped cream. So very delicious and I highly recommend this place! The coffeewas not burnt (like what you come to expect with Starbuck's atrocity) and did not trigger any acid reflux to those who may havethis issue with coffee. I was told my coffee traditionally has chocolate milk in it but since I had ordered mine with whole milkthey switched to the chocolate syrup instead. I enjoyed the coconut added in (the drink has a slight sweetness reminiscent ofthe Almon Joy candy) and I believe this creates its lusciously smooth flavor. Making this my new coffee place, and a happydiscovery on my errand runs. Best part is a drive thru is offered for those in a hurry! Read more
Nice location and the atmosphere was relaxing. Cashier and staff were super friendly though they forgot my coffee order. I... wasn?t in a rush so it didn?t bother me much. The cashier was very apologetic and gave me a $1 off coupon to use on my nextcoffee. I ordered a warm pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious! I recommend this Ziggi?s Coffee location! Read more
Epitome of incompetence. I have been here over a dozen times, and some portion of my order is always incorrect. Every time I... order an iced coffee I ask for full ice and am given a drink with a few melted slivers of ice. Also, they make substitutionswithout notification. For example, I ordered a Dragonfruit splash and it was made with strawberries. I went back to the drivethru to inquire and they said they were out of dragonfruit and substituted strawberry. Substitutions need to be made clear attime of order to respect potential allergies. This place is a poor excuse for a coffee shop. They?re toast when Dutch Bros openson Woodmen/Marksheffel. Yesterday I came to Ziggi's with a few orders for coworkers. I hadn't gotten more than a mile down the street and the largest... drink I had tipped over and spilled in my car. I drove back to Ziggi's, fully intending to purchase a new drink for my coworker,but they gave me a replacement drink for free. Customer service is excellent at this place. I handed them the spilled drinkthrough the window and they handed me a fresh drink. I was very surprised, and very pleased with how kind they were. Read more
The customer service was great! I would give 5 stars for that. The GF options was nice, however the 3 stars are for the coffee.... It was mediocre at best. I got a cappuccino and it had nothing to do with a cappuccino. Coming from Europe it?s hard to findgreat coffee, but since the name is Ziggi?s?s coffee I?m rating them based on the quality of coffee? We go at least 4-5 times per week to get coffee before work and it?s always a positive experience. I love their signature... caramel macchiato but I?m mostly writing this review for their basic drinks. I?ve had a hard time finding a coffee placeclose-ish to me that has a good latte without added flavors/syrups. I?m really happy I found this place & would 1000% recommend?? Read more
I like it! It's not just a cookie-cutter copy of Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Drink flavors are unique.
