The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is incredible. Authentic is a weird word, but in terms of tonight's meal, this was... at least several degrees closer to what my friends from China have made for me in their own homes than anything else I've had inthe Springs. I had the Sichuan Beef and Fish Soup, and it was phenomenal, but so were all the other dishes my familyordered. I did enjoy the food very much. Only are broccoli was a little undercooked I thought, but maybe it was just me. Overall it was... really good and so we're super very awesome.
