Trash location, employee was on his phone took 5mins to even acknowledge me at the counter and he was on his phone apparently... doing something more important on it with his coworker. The ice machine was out, staff looked like they should all be fired andjust stealing company time. The wings were absolute trash sitting in a pool of oil on what was supposed to be a dry rub andcompletely wrong flavor on the others. 5 stars is for the delicious food only!!! Girl working up front (10.24.2022@3pm) clearly did not like her job. She is the kind... of person that will make you feel not comfortable asking for a napkin, which I didn't. Im also eating in my car instead becausewatching her be all nice to all the men that came in made me question my faith in humanity. Read more
Ordered online for pickup an hour ahead. Got there early and food was ready before requested time. Got home and fries were hard... as a rock like they were cooked the day before and chicken was cold. The fries couldn't even be microwaved to soften them.Contacted website about incident and was emailed $5 gift card. That doesn't even cover the cost of the 2 orders of fries. Whatan insult. Worst $40 spent. You can't tell me your staff didn't know they gave us old fries and cold chicken. This was nomistake - it was no one caring. The food had to have been sitting there for a while. Wish I could have brought it back anddemanded refund but I was already home. I won't be back. Such a shame. Read more

I usually like Wing Stop ever since my friend introduced it to me, but this place was by far the worst location I've been to.... The ranch wasn't good, the chicken was dry AF and didn't taste right on top of that, and they took their sweet time. I don'trecommend it here. Read more
very slow wait, took about 45 minutes (usually dont care) then about 6 other people walked in & got food before us. also saw one... the workers come out & get drinks like over 5 times while we was waiting. Read more
The kitchen was super clean. And the food always came out on time the kitchen staff was also super friendly I am 100% coming... back here due to seeing such a clean environment. Read more
I went about 45 minutes before they closed. To be polite, I asked if they were still open, woth people still sitting at tables,... the door said open but they started flipping chairs. Instead of a yes or no, they stated. "Well, that depends on what you want?"In a tone that was simply suggestive they were, but they didn't want to make anything.
