This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The staff seemed both confused about a customer walking in as well as completely... indifferent and unmotivated. Not even an attempt at customer service. Like most fast food joints, one typically expects all the different Wendy's to be pretty much the same as far as food quality... how it's made etc. While there's been a noticeable change in the quality, for the worse, the sure on south Nevada seems worsethan the others. The store was clean. Staff was friendly and the fries were hot. If there was one thing that was a bummer and totally out of... their control was the homeless camped right outside that kept coming in and out. Read more
We've been well taken care of at this Wendy's. Shelly and her coworkers make it a nice experience. Wendy's is our go-to fast... food place, because we can treat our family cheaply and getting deals brings me joy. We order the 50 piece chicken nuggets andget 5 free little Frostys with our free Frosty key tags (which you can buy at the end of the year) for $11.89. I've been to this drive-thru many times. Do they not teach their employees customer service? Every time I go there they don't... even speak to you. No greeting! I said thank you when he handed me my card back and he said nothing. Was taking someoneelse's order and handed me my bag without even looking at me. No receipt, no thank you, no nothing. At least they didn't screwup the order this time and the food was edible. Read more
When we walked in and went to the women?s restroom the toilet was overflowing. We had to use the men?s. I stood in line behind a... gentleman and after he ordered I approached the counter. I waited for at least 5 full minutes and not one person acknowledged Iwas there. One guy was standing at the counter passing out orders and wouldn?t even look at me. Eventually I made eye contactwith a gentleman in the back. He was older with messy silver hair in a pony tail. I smiled at him and he continued to stare atme. I smiled again and he began to scowl at me. It made me so entirely uncomfortable I turned around and left. I love Wendy?sbut this is by far one of the worst in the springs. Also, I saw not one person wearing gloves, people with long hair down and nohair nets.
