Lunch staff is great: 5star but 6:30pm employees are VERY rude!! Manger needs help, entire staff should be fired... immediately! stood at the counter for more than 5min as a girl and 3 boys walk by me with headphones completely ignored meeither on their phone or cleaning to close. Also sold out of 3 condiments, chicken breast and received cold fries, this iscompletely unacceptable! When I got home the chicken sandwiches was drenched in mayo disgusting. Went back to get this fixedand the entire staff ignored me. I had to yell out loud for the manger to get his attention to take care of the problem. Thislocation will loose customers & business at night, terrible service rude childish behavior. I will walk out go elsewhere if Isee those employees again. The young adult taking our order was high! He could barley understand me and kept asking "what" none of them wore gloves while... handling our food. It was disappointing and I didn't even want to eat my food after seeing how they all looked. Read more

I have a special place in my heart for Wendy's. But they are pricy and i find myself going less and less. If you order off the... dollar menu then your fine but paying near 15 bucks for a combo is insanity. Read more

Prices on the order board at drive through are not what customer is actually charged. small frosty is $1.29 on board and $1.49... on register. Manager said there was nothing she could do. After I cancelled the order the manager told me to leave and nevercome back. I went through the drive through again to get a photo of the cost discrepancy. Stopped at the window to get theowners contact number. Manager refused and told me to leave her window. Shouted at me several times. I took a photo of her.Finally closed window. I have reported this to the Wendy's customer care. UPDATE: Heard back from store manager. Very civilizedresponse complete with apology. Prices have been updated, employee (not manager) was reprimanded. Actual manager offered totreat me to a frosty. I may give this another try. Read more

Love the fun atmosphere and the crew are always joking around. The food is made fast and in the drive through and the dining... room is always clean and love how the managers will fix any mistake including the GM who has gone out of her way to fix an orderof mine. All in all love coming here and would recommend it to all my friends ???? Read more
