We went today and we literally live 2 minutes away from the house got everyone inside and everything was cold. Tried calling but... no one picked up. NO ONE WANTS COLD FOOD FROM FAST FOOD PLACES. Went In For A Simple 4 For $4 & Lemme Tell You . . . Don't Go In At Night. My Fries Were Cold & Soggy, Nuggets Weren't Hot... Either. I Watched The Girl Grab The Burger Out Of A Holding Bin (Not The Wendy's Way AT ALL). Only Thing Great Was TheStrawberry Frosty. But Y'all Know Me . . . If I could give -0 stars I would. Ordered online just to drive 15 minutes to pick it up just for me to sit in the drive thru for... 3 minutes and no one comes to the window. Then I pulled around and called them and ?Get This? she told me I need to cancel myorder because they were short staff and it was nothing they could do to help me. So I asked her you can?t make my food because ialready placed it online and she keeps telling me no. So I asked her could they transfer my order to Another Wendy?s and shesaid no and then hung up on me. So I canceled the order and went to the Next closest Wendy?s just for them to Mess me over too.But thats for another review. But not only did it Tick me off, but the employee who answered the phone needs to be fired! Therudeness and the disrespect was uncalled for. So I do Not recommend anyone to get breakfast from this location. They arehorrible!!! -0 Stars! Read more

Me and the girls from my office eat lunch out every day. Due to poor quality in the food the last couple times we stopped going... to Wendy's. Yesterday however it was convenient so I gave it one more chance. I'm not sure if you changed management or whatbut the food was wonderful but did not compare to the customer service I received from Autumn! She was very friendly, helpfulwith the menu, patient and kind. Where can I find an Autumn for my company? Thank you Autumn, I appreciate your attitude. Read more

Ordered DoorDash from here and you guys forgot to give the dasher my entire meal. I ordered a burger, 6 spicy nuggets and a... lemonade. Didn?t get that, also my bf ordered a cheese and bacon potato and you gave him cheese and bacon fries that had adisgusting amount of grease at the bottom. Don?t understand what?s so hard about getting a basic meal right. Read more

Stopped in on a whim, very pleasantly surprised actually. Ate-in; lobby was immaculate! Food came out fast despite quite a line... in the drive thru. Will visit again Read more

Ok, so I understand a place being short staffed and being a little bit slower when training new employees. The lady taking... orders at the drive thru was an absolute pleasure, and you can tell she at least enjoys her job and tries to make it fun whileshe?s there. I appreciate her attitude so much. But this was the worst experience I?ve ever had at Wendy?s. I came into the linewith only one person in front of me, and waited nearly 30 minutes in line!!! The person at the second window asked me what Iordered and literally closed the window before I could finish. He handed me two bags and two small drinks, and I had orderedthree sandwiches with larger drinks. I opened up the sandwiches to check and saw they were definitely not the sandwiches Iordered. I couldn?t TELL them that because The window was closed. I could tell they were scrambling in there with new hires andI DO feel for them. But, after I had HANDLED someone else?s sandwiches, they guy at the window tells me there was a mixup andneeded the bags back. So he was going to serve the sandwiches he saw me touch??? This Wendy?s is so close to my house but I willabsolutely be driving the extra 10-15 minutes to go to another one while this one gets their stuff together. Read more
