AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! This place is garbage, just like what they served me. I asked for extra pickles and additional... onions; didn't get either. They forgot my drink entirely and the garlic fries I got came with no sauce, as opposed to the extraI asked for. The lid was also not secured on my fries, no surprise there. My nuggets were both burned and cold as well. Not tomention I don't feel too great after eating here. I've had good Wendy's food before, and this place will never come close. Thisplace is closer to a daycare than it is to any restaurant. I'll recommend you take your search across the street. Chick-fil-A,Parry's, Five Guys, and Smash Burger are all much better choices. The lobby is also not open at this location, so I wouldn'tcount on anything other than below average drive thru service. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE! I was visiting my sister and we were in between doctor appts so we stopped for lunch. WHAT A DISASTER. Staff is... unable to function. No one in charge! I ordered at 11:04 and was still waiting at 11:18. My sandwich was made wrong. I didn'tget a cup for my drink and I was so upset at the wait time I forgot to ask for it. Finally got in the dining room today. Had to wait over 10 minutes to place my order. Took over 10 minutes for it to come up.... Nuggets were cold. Sign on door says dining room open 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Showed up at around 12:30 and the door waslocked. I hate drive-thrus. Read more
Too almost 5 minutes to get my order taken with noone in line to order. When they did come to take the order you could hear... nothing but laughter. The meat was all charred and crunchy. The only good thing were the fries. Read more
Mobile order wasn?t ready when I arrived. They kept the doors locked at noon so I couldn?t even pick up the order. Once inside... after sitting in the drive through line?they informed me that they didn?t have all the parts of the meal I already paidfor. Waited another 10 minutes for them to refund my card. Went through the drive thru and the lady working was very unprofessional. She asked what I wanted to order and then as I was... responding she would laugh and have side conversations with her coworkers. This happened five times during my brief order andbecause of it she had to repeatedly ask what I said because of it. I?m not expecting a fine dining experience through adrive-through window, but some professionalism in customer service should be the bare minimum. Read more
Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. There is always something wrong here. Either they serve you a warm Frosty... because their machine is down or the people are completely untrained that man the drive-up window. The manager offered by alarge French Fry after he couldn't pass off on the soupy Frosty. Their hamburgers are dripping with grease. Once I drove up tohear the woman manning the drive-up talking about her parole officer and her serious drug habit. If you have a chance to visitsome other location, I would because this one is the bottom of the barrel. I'm surprised that I haven't been ill from foodpositioning. Read more
