Can't believe that when you order fries without salt, they throw old salted fries back into the deep fryer. I saw the server... drop food on the floor & didn't believe me when I told her. Always slow to take an order with food that is never fresh by the time it makes it to you. The staff is unhelpful and often... ignore you. I got the wrong order and stood next to the counter trying to get someone's attention but my wife decided to make ajoke and got back in the line of some 15+ people. Guess who got the cashier to notice them first. Update: Years later I goback after the remodel. Service has dramatically improved, food quality has suffered. Fries were burnt yet cold. Last time I ordered regular chicken nuggets and got spicy. I have kidney and liver problems and can't eat spicy food but I... didn't say anything. This time, the burger I ordered is so soaked in grease the wrapper had a hole from it and the bun is sogross. You guys really take money for granted. Read more
