Worse service ever! The Manager ?Sarah? was by far one of the rudest people I have ever talked to for being a ?Manager?. Pretty... much through my drink in my car at me where it actually spilled on me without a sorry or oops then I ask for napkins to clean upand she refused to open the brow just gestured me to leave. Order 2 large meal combos: Paper thin chicken, 2 bite size bacon strips and l ordered 2 large fries but got different sizes and... they were both barely filled. Paid $27....not going back! Read more

So tonight my friend and I wanted some Wendy?s. I made sure we showed up at least 40 minutes before close so we weren?t jerks.... We placed separate orders and paid for it. PAID. And then 40 minutes later they still haven?t brought it out and ignored thehonks, even dancing to it. Now I get it, I used to work fast food and HATED it. And I?m not even mad at the service (althoughannoying I get it) I would just like my 9 bucks back. However my friend and I didn?t get our receipt because they wouldn?t giveit to us. BC we only had one interaction and that was getting charged. We eventually left with a line behind us asking if theyare even in there. So I went through the drive-through today this morning and the manager the first one said I could stay there and wait 60 seconds... for the order which was coming out when the door opened and there was nobody around not one person in line as it always is therein the morning The head manager opens the door and screams at me saying if I ever don?t pull forward again that I?m in troubleand kept screaming at me at the top of her voice. Staffed by mindless individuals that aren't capable of following directions! Something simple as requesting an extra couple of... items on a sandwich can't be met unless you want to take the time to go back in after going through drive-thru and raising astink with the manager. Pretty terrible. We pulled up and ordered combos for four people. It was $60. Absolutely nuts. When we pulled up to the window... the woman didn't say a word. No hello good bye how much it was going to be have a nice day. That's everything. Nothing. Evenwhen I tried to talk to her she didn't say anything. Maybe she was deaf? Our orders were all messed up. Avoid ordering any food from here during the evening hours!!!! This is my neighbor Wendy?s. The entire staff is composed of... kids. No one appeared to be over the age of 18. I say this because as I pull to the order window I could hear a lot of horseplaying. I went through the drive thru and 10:00p.m. on the dot and ordered a #1, no cheese, large Sprite, large fry, 4 for$4(Jr. cheese burger, small fry, 4pc.nugget, small Sprite) and an additional large fry. My order came to $18.47. I receiving myorder and as I began to pull off, reached in the bag and touch the fries. They were cold to the touch! I had already pulled toofar forward to back up on the window. The customer behind me was already too close. So I drove back around. As I drove backaround I decided to check the rest of the items in my order. All three fries in my order were cold and old! They lookeddehydrated. My nuggets were also cold to the touch as well as my burgers being cold. The patties were stiff overcooked and verydark in color. I pulled back to the intercom and in a calm and empathetic manner, expressed my dissatisfaction. The girl on theintercom apologized and offered to replace what I was disappointed with. Once to the window, I further expressed mydissatisfaction with my order. I was assured that they would re-make my order fresh. I waited for approximately seven minutesbefore they brought me my so-called ?re-made? order. The fries they gave me were still old fries that seem to be reheated bymicrowave or oven. These were not like old fries that get re-dipped in hot grease. My problem is that they were NOT fresh, hotand crispy. My nuggets were also still old nuggets that were reheated by some means other than a re-dip in hot grease. Thepatties were fresher than the first but also NOT hot. Highly disappointed with the level of integrity shown by this staff.HIGHLY unprofessional! I feel robbed and insulted.
