This is the nastiest place I've ever been. Their food is so old the bread is falling apart. It was cold food. All the ghetto... girls in the back were smacking their gum and serving attitude. I asked for plain burgers with just cheese due to foodallergies, the "workers" looked so dirty. We all threw out meals away and left. They have hot soda in the dirty soda machines,they have ice with black pieces coming out of the ice machine, rotten bathrooms, food on the floors etc.. No tables werecleaned. We cleaned one for ourselves with napkins and hand sanitizer. Like um... Do better instead of letting this place be rundown by teenagers who can't listen to basic orders. Read more
I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, due to a food allergy. I got my chicken sandwich with tomato. Brought it up to... the counter showed them the tomato showed them my receipt that said no tomato she put a glove on remove the tomato threw it inthe trash with left all of that juice of the tomato within the bun close it back up and asked is that good enough? No remake itI could effing die! I asked to speak to a manager. Management had my chicken sandwich to me promptly she delivered it by handwith an apology I was very happy with the management. The cashier who took our order wasn't even paying attention to us when we were ordering. She just kept looking elsewhere then... had us repeat our order twice. She barely made eye contact..too busy looking away. The ones who ordered after us had to repeattheir order as well. I've done 10+ years of customer service. And regardless if I had a bad day or just didn't want to dealwith people..I ALWAYS acknowledged the customers and made sure they were given great customer service. Growing more and more frustrated with Wendy?s in the cos area. Their food quality is subpar consistently. Ordered a Jr bacon... cheeseburger and got a piece of salad lettuce (a bit size square) and bacon bits instead of pieces of bacon. This sandwich usedto be $.99 and now is $2.89. The new lettuce being used is horrible and bitter. This property in the evenings is really dirtybehind the counter. Things are a mess. Service is slow. The workers here have 0 care about this place. First I noticed they forgot my daughter's chicken sandwich and on top of that... they gave me the wrong chicken nuggets. Then as I'm pulling off the 2nd time I noticed hair on my Dr pepper. Not to mentionwhoever is working this day was just cussing away. No customer service. I made a big online order. My husband picked up the food and it was missing one meal and one soda. Long story short replaced the... meal would not replace the drink. Every single time we go to this Wendy's there is always something missing. Maybe if everyonequit playing g around so much in the kitchen they would actually get orders correct. This place is absolutely trash, my salad was nasty and the burgers was disgusting. The tomatoes in my salad was soggy and... lettuce was brown. I had to drive back through the drive thru because they forgot to give me my salad. My fries was soggy andnuggets was old. I had three burgers and only one of them was decent. You know the line for the drive through was crazy long. So, I decided to go inside. Big mistake, I think I was in line longer... than I would have been if I would have stayed in my car. The service is extremely slow. By the time I got my food I was veryirritated and really didn't want it anymore. Did I mention I was the 2nd person in line.
