Went in for a quick lunch, The fries were soggy and cold.they don't deserve any stars!! I ordered a strawberry frosty,took 2... bites and spotted something brown,I proceeded to wipe it on my receipt and it was a baby roach !!! I took it back to counterand requested my money back,so the guy says let me get my manager, She gave me my money back right away ! My question is how canshe work in the kitchen where she was with fingernails longer than a Bic lighter? !!! They are lucky I didn't vomit all overthat restaurant after seeing the roach, I was utterly discusted,I've never been in a Wendy's so horribly maintained. SHAME ONYOU PEOPLE THERE !!! I hope my grandson doesn't get sick from eating his food. Read more

Like most restaurants these days, I'm sure these guys are struggling to find a new balance. Regardless, every time I swing... through the drive through to pick up a salad, the staff makes it feel like a personal experience -- as though they remember mefrom the last time, whether they really do or not. Friendly faking or not, the Aple Pecan salad is delicious. Good job Wendy's!Healthy-yum. Read more

The drive through needs help...as in the building needs repair! The employees seem to be trying but there is definitely a higher... turnover at this restaurant vs others in town. The experience is definitely fifty-fifty depending on the day. Read more

I mobile ordered here for my lunch break and I work just around the corner. I walked to the store, and all of the doors were... locked. I waited for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge my presence, then I tried calling TWICE to see if they could walk myorder to the door for me since I didn?t have my car, and they hung up on me both times. So, I walked up to the drive thru windowto pick up my order, and they refused to hand me my order. It was already paid for and made, yet they told me they don?t dowalk-up services. So I asked them to bring my order to the door for me, and they said no and shut the window in my face. I stoodthere, because I was not going to leave without my food or a refund. They opened the window two minutes later, told me I was asafety hazard, and refused me my food or a refund AGAIN, then locked the window on me until I left. Don?t waste your money atthis location. All lazy and quite frankly, a joke. Read more

My wife ordered a salad with chicken. One big piece was raw. I took it up to counter and she asked if I wanted another salad.... Well of course not. No offer for refund. My daughter ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was a cheeseburger. Also shortone order fry's. I'm not a happy camper. Read more

This store was great last year. Not so much lately. Slow, lacking moral to serve fresh food .a job is a job is a job here if you... like par baked pizza or poor customer service with a smile and are easy at accepting poor quality this is the store for coldpizza. Read more

Came in with my family for a quick lunch. Somehow, our mobile app order didn't match what we selected in the app (confirmed it... was also incorrect in the app order history). The manager quickly made it right and the staff was very kind. They didn't causethe issue, but they fixed it. Nice job! The frostys we're also delicious as usual. Read more

My husband and I went through the drive through late last night and our order was wrong and raw. We received 2 baconators... instead of one spicy chicken sandwich. The french fries were old and cold. Read more
