First Waffle House visit ever. Here's to the Cup! #IYKYK Had to play the juke box, right? Went with "Hey Jude" and "Daydream... Believer" as my juke box picks. My entree was the Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt. It was everything you'd expect and I was verycontent and full. When in Rome, eat your hashbrowns smothered and covered. Thanks @WaffleHouse. 6/22/22 "Sonny" the cook, made the best hashbrowns we've ever had-crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Watching him at... the grill was like watching a dancer. All of his moves smooth and choreographed. He stated "Everyone knows how to cook, but dothey care what does it tastes like? Do they care what it looks like on the plate?" Give that man a raise! My boss and I decided we would take a break from the office, and go grab lunch together. Coming to this Waffle House was the... best decision! The second we walked in to this restaurant, staff was greeting us. The service was BEYOND great. All of the staffhad smiles, and positive attitudes. The food was FANTASTIC. Even while the cook was heading home for the day, she made it apoint to wish us a great rest of our day. I am truly blown away with how courteous, clean, welcoming, and just amazing ourexperience was.1,000,000/10 would recommend! I heard of this place because friends told me that it gets crazy when you go at like 3am.. where potheads and drunkards gather... to celebrate and enjoy breakfast. The place where chaos and eggs meet. However I went at the perfect time of 10:30pm with myfriends and enjoyed a very homey and delicious hash brown scramble. Service was amazing and I enjoyed the whole experience...Hopefully one day I will come in the wee wee hours of Waffle House and enjoy seeing some of the entertainment that occurs atthis famous place. Last time I came here everything was amazing! Can't say that this time in fact I was so disappointed. The staff was polite and... our waiter was very attentive. Almost to the point of annoying and acquired. Not to mention needs to use deodorant. The set upfor servers requires them to be at just that night that good hygiene is a must. Got to say kinda ruined my appetite. That wasprobably a good thing considering when the meals finally arrived the waffles were cold and I've never had a pecan waffle made asa regular waffle with whole pecans tossed on top.. . my husbands order was perfect looked just like the pic on menusproblem was it was made with sausage he ordered bacon. When he had it redone the bowel came out only half the size as the onebefore and the bacon was sloppy and piled in a spot on top. No straw for my soda and had to ask for butter 3 times.
