First time eating here. Been trying out different spots for Tex Mex. As a Texan, I've been craving Sour Cream Chicken... Enchiladas, and this is the only place I can find them. My wife and I went for a late lunch. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and quickly seated. We looked over the menu and our... server stopped to see if he could assist us. The menu has many options for both meat or vegetarian. We ordered our food andafter the order was placed, asked about the Margaritas. He showed us which one was the best deal (happy hour price). AMAZING. Great environment, great drinks and delicious food! Conveniently located off of Powers. I came here on a work meeting... and would happily come back and bring visitors. I rarely give 5 stars but this place deserves it. Ofelia was amazing, she took care of us quickly and answered our questions... like what is a "taco-rilla" (which just means they have street tacos). First, the free chips and salsa were really good. Second,the food came out quickly. They serve lunch until 3 and the portions are big enough you could get another meal out of it.Loooooved the churros! Will come here again. I waited some time before writing this to gather my thoughts. The interior was nice - well spaced and comfortably lit - and the... service was good, but overall I was underwhelmed with the food for the price. There were no strong flavors in the food, spice orotherwise. I got the Chile Fries and the Shrimp Enchiladas. Maybe the chicken or other meat dishes would be better? Read more
