Umi Sushi is interesting. I've had them a number of times in the last year or so. They have great food and they have great... service. I think that Umi has 3 points they can improve. They are a bit pricier than other yummy options, some rolls are not astasty as expected so a bit of refinement can go a long way (only a few), and lastly the atmosphere when sitting in is a bit toobright and stark. If they could somehow make the atmosphere more intimate and classy then it could be an amazing sit on downrestaurant because the quality and attention is definitely there (which may explain the prices). A good place to visit the Poke Bowls are outstanding! The Japanese dinners such as the Teriyaki Chicken and other dishes are... delicious. The Sushi Rolls are average, but extremely over priced. I guess you?re paying for the atmosphere and watching themmake the Sushi live. I would go there for the Poke Bowls and the some of their Japanese and Korean dishes, but never again forthe Sushi Rolls. My son and I ordered both Sushi, he got his plate, but little did I know his plate was also my plate. I washonestly waiting for another plate to come, but come to find out it was just a little bit of Sushi for a big price! Read more
I brought my wife here for her birthday, and we had a selection of specialty rolls, all of which were delicious. The tuna tataki... was especially delicious. Easily the best sushi I've had in the Springs. Read more

Exceptional staff! Very friendly and professional. The rolls were unique. I was surprised they didn't have vegetable tempura... though. Still a fantastic place for sushi. They have some of the more rare delicacies like mungfish liver (good if you likeliver) and sea urchin (i don't like it but my bf loves it). Read more
