I was really hoping to like the food due to all of the good reviews. We both got a Philly cheese steak and the meat tasted like... it was several days old or it had been sitting out all day (the meat just tasted bad). The fries were very greasy and not toogood. I was hoping to at least eat the fries since we didn't eat the sandwiches because were scared to get sick if the meathappened to be bad. Maybe it was just an off night for them? Not sure if we'll try them again..... Read more

I don't usually complain about restaurants that much unless my experience is horrible and in this case I didn't even eat there.... I went to Trivelli's Hoagies on Austin Bluffs And Barnes. There is a older lady (who I'm assuming is the owner) working therewith a gentleman that was slicing meat . He was also cooking steak on the flat top and putting together orders. She took myorder and I was about to give her my money when suddenly she screamed at the top of her lungs at the gentleman. He walked awayfrustrated then came back and told her that he can't work with her screaming at him all the time. Then she exclaimed and I quote"Why don't you just go kill yourself!" I told her that was unacceptable and wrong and I would never return. I don't think anyoneshould be giving this lady any business! Read more

Amazing cheesesteak, look at the portion, huge, Mrs Kim makes the best ones in town, always ask for extra onions, with a... basket for fries, only like 11$ ish, a steal for the meat amount, love this place Read more

I don't like cheese usually (I know, I know) and most of the time when I get a cheesesteak without cheese I feel like there's... something missing (yes I know the cheese) and I have to use hot sauce or something to make up for the cheese. However here Iordered the cheese steak no cheese with jalapeños, olives, onions and mushrooms and it was so good. I didn't need to addanything extra or hot sauce the steak was seasoned well enough as it was. They filled it up with a lot of steak I had to finishwith a fork. Huge portions for a 6" sandwhich. Called in an order. It wasn't done when I got there 15-20 minutes later. I'm still waiting as I write this. Watched the staff... get into a verbal argument right behind the counter. Finally got my sandwich. It's okay, I guess. This place definitely doesn'tlive up to the hype. Read more

Food is good. Prices are high. 2 6" subs for 16.32. They are definitely struggling a little. Hope the supply chain smooths out... soon. These mom and pops just cannot compete with chains with better logistics. Sad, really. You can see the contraction ontheir menu. Still, the food is pretty decent. Read more

My 6" Phill Cheese Steak was packed with meat and tasted really good. Fries were okay. I recommend this place. I was going to... dine in, but the couple running the show were having a mini domestic, and I wasn't about to sit and listen to them. Get it togo ???? Read more

Service was great and food was delicious! Everything is made to order. Our food came out piping hot! Had the buffalo wings with... fries and a Philly cheesesteak. The Philly doesn?t come with anything on it which was different than other places I?ve been (nopeppers, pickles, tomato, or lettuce)! It was still really good. The wings we nice and crispy and the buffalo sauce tasted good! Read more
