Reviews for Trinity Brewing in Colorado Springs, CO
We had our women?s group PolkaDots springs chapter meeting at this brewery. They were very accommodating to 40 women with... space and service. Our amazing waitress was handling everything it was amazing. 5-stars for her. My friend and i ordered wellbefore the meeting started. There was an 1.5 hour wait for our food. My choice was vegan nachos. They arrived burnt to a crispand barely anything but burned seitan (spelling) chunks on top. ???? I couldn?t say anything because our meeting was happening.I was so hungry by this point i nibbled around the burned chips. I?m thinking this was because we had such a large group. Thewait staff worked hard to keep up with our drinks. They all had great attitudes. The food was my only issue. I?m going to tryagain just me and my husband to give it another shot. I do appreciate they offer vegan options to begin with. Read more
The atmosphere and staff were by far the best parts of the visit, for me. My pizza was okay but my drinks were quite good and... the selection was downright excellent. We played a game afterward and felt satisfied with our overall experience. Maybe nexttime I?ll buy a shirt! Read more
Their homemade soft pretzels are out of this world! We also ordered two different pizzas which were amazing. My favorite was the... Mac and Cheese with bacon. Perfect crust combined with melty cheese. We ordered flights so we could sample some of theirextensive beer selection. All of the beers were great. I loved the 9.5 Theses Imperial Stout and my wife was a big fan of thePurple Mountain Ice Cream Ale. Read more
This was a true mixed bag. First beer came highly recommended. It was tasteless. Second was the stout. Much better. The... burger was good. The fries were cold and stale. The servers were friendly but the service area was a mess. You order right atthe front of the bar which is where the entrance doors are. No place to really queue. So someone who walked up after me gotserved before me. Read more
Absolutely amazing! The food and beer were top notch 10/10. I also enjoyed the company of the staff. The boss came out and was... super welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone who passes through Garden of the Gods. Read more
Chose this brewery for three reasons. 1. We?d never been here before. 2. We had heard the food was pretty good. 3. Looked like... a cool atmosphere. This is open seating but since we had a party of 6 they found us a table in the very back corner. Nobiggie. The food menu has a lot of great choices. The drink menu is pretty extensive. Right off I appreciated that you couldbuy a 6oz drink as well, like building your own flight. We were told it was walk up ordering at the bar but a waitress saidshe?d just come back to us at the table. Service wasn?t great? We eventually ordered our food, which unfortunately for themost part was cold by the time it reached our table. The fries were soggy, looking like they were leftovers from the bottom ofthe fryer. All in all the food was ?ok? but would recommend more for the beer and atmosphere. Read more

Great vegan options. An extensive drinks list. The cider with honey crisp was really good. The buffalo chicken pizza (vegan) had... a bit more seitan than I liked but it was still really good. Grab a picture in front of the book arch too! Read more
