I love this restaurant! I\'ve tried several of the different toast creations, all of which I throughly enjoyed!\n\nSometimes I... have trouble finding healthy options here in town... I eat this food because it tastes great! Then there\'s the delectablesmoothies (add protein) after a trip to the gym... All of my nutritional needs are met here!\n\nThe price point is a bit on thehigh side, but I am definitely willing to pay that for this quality of food.\n\nThis is the kind of food that satisfies myappetite, delights my taste buds all while keeping my body slim and fit! Lovely place with a great view of the foothills. Nice selection of food and drinks, with friendly staff. Not the fastest service... but, when it\'s brunch time, I can\'t complain. Acoustics were pretty loud and harsh (lots of hard surfaces, echoing voices). Some outdoor seating was available, too. Tasty toast \"ensembles\" and worth a repeat trip to try more things on the menu. Just went to the most incredible Toast & Juice Bar. I walked in and it was light and airy, such a beautiful atmosphere!... Everything was fresh and the juice was absolutely delicious. I ordered the the ice brewed smoothie, a combination of expresso, banana, a few other things, along with peanut butter. Another perk here is that if you sign up for their app, you can get afresh juice over ice. I will definitely be returning!???? Read more

Found this awesome little gem on the way home from Denver. After being on the road for 10 days, we were craving something... healthier for the final stretch home. A google search for acai berry bowls led me about 5 minutes off I-25 to this spot.Everything here is fresh made and very nutritious. Although I regret not trying one of the amazing and colorful toast or juiceoptions after I saw some coming out of the kitchen, the bowls were outstanding! We ordered a DragonBerry bowl which contained:Pitaya (Dragon Fruit), mango, strawberry, agave, coconut water and was topped with strawberry, kiwi, goji berries, coconut andgranola. We also ordered the OG Acai bowl which contained: Acai, blueberry, banana, strawberry, apple juice and was topped withgranola, banana, cacao nibs, strawberries, blueberries and honey. The colors of our bowls really popped really made us excitedto dive into our first bite. Every bite was glorious and left me sad that this is about 3 hours from our home. One of thesewould do exceptionally well in Los Alamos NM or Santa Fe NM, just saying! haha. My only complaint is there is only 1 sizeoption for coffees, which is small. I would like to see more size options the next time I visit. Read more

Service is okay. We’ve encountered a few of the team that are not so friendly and didn’t seem to know the ordering system... when taking our order and complained about it to us…it was newly open so that may have had something to do with it. Toast wasreally good, but overall pricey! Our plasticware broke when trying to cut into the toast so some real flatware would be great! Read more

Enjoyed the food, but all the coffees should be at least a dollar less for the puny quantities they offer. This cappuccino was... 4$ and it was 6 oz. Highway robbery if you ask me. Read more

Would recommend! I got the tomato burrata toast with a boiled egg and then an oatmilk matcha latte, lightly sweetened with... honey. Read more

Super yummy food with great views! I got the smoked salmon toast and Defender juice which is so refreshing even with the no... added sugar. Really glad to have this cute spot in this side of town - with all the burger joints, healthier options are prettylimited up here.\n\nLooking forward to coming here often! Read more
