With all my wedding stuff finally over and I can now have time to write this review. We had the pleasure of having our wedding... rehearsal dinner hosted here at the Till. I had been in contact and worked with Chris, who is the general manager, for severalmonths in planning my rehearsal dinner back on August 10th, 2022. Chris, the manager on duty that night, and the awesomewaitstaff all did an exceptional job catering to us! We wanted our own private room or area for our wedding party, and it wasset up beautifully. We requested to have our own bar station and buffet in our area too, and that was accomodated nicely to us.Food was amazing! First time having dinner here but have had breakfast many times at the GoG Market & Cafe, which is connected to this place and... always good. We ordered the salmon and the duck to which both were undercooked and luke warm so we sent them back. We thoughtthe dinner was just okay and the food came back just luke warm the second time. There was only one server who was also thebartender so the wait for service took quite some time for each area of service. For the price of the meal we expected a betterexperience. They opened the garage doors to the outside patio in 60 degree weather, not sure that was necessary since no one wassitting outside and it caused for a cold breeze that we kept our jackets on. We hosted a rehearsal dinner at Till for 40 people this past week. I had been planning with Chris Heinrich, the general manager,... for a year. I wanted a certain presentation and he helped with every aspect of facilitating my vision. I was arranging thisprivate party long distance so it had its challenges. Chris and his well seasoned staff, Leo, Amelia and Alex wereoutstanding. The food was spectacular- the portions generous and the service wonderful. We had 4 different choices of entrees,and everyone raved about them. The restaurant has a great vibe and a healthy energy. This will be a definite "go to" for usevery time we visit Colorado Springs. Incredible food and exceptional service! We come to TILL regularly, and tonight we went for our anniversary! When we arrived,... they had this wonderful card waiting at our table. The food is spectacular, and the service just makes the experience all thebetter. Their menu is updated to stay fresh, but they are so mindful of keeping all your favorites in the rotation. We really enjoyed the meal and the service. We had six people and everyone thought the food was great! The service was good too.... We didn’t wait to get in or get served. They were a little short on good beer due to distribution problems but the drinks theymade were awesome. More good craft beer would be my only suggestion, but still a five star experience for us! Till is a welcome, upscale addition to the rapidly growing culinary scene in Colorado Springs. The food is beautifully plated,... the wine list is extensive, the atmosphere is bright and modern and the service is top-notch. Four of us had dinner, cocktailsand wine and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Every dish was textbook. Ironically, that is also our only complaint about theplace. With so much Michelin star power in the kitchen, we were expecting a highly unique and creative menu. While the disheswere all delicious indeed, they seemed a just tad safe. Everything was good—great even—just not quite “wow” caliber.Overall, we highly enjoyed our experience and we will be back. Till is another refreshing alternative to the swathes ofoverpriced steakhouses that were once the city’s only fine dining options.
