This is legit my new favorite place. It's new but it has such a cool vibe. I recommend going in for the Vietnamese spring rolls... and pho, they make their own peanut sauce. Then the paletas (mexican ice cream). I like the avocado with some tropical fruit.They have a nice spin on elote as well. They also make their aguas frescas fresh here too! Great atmosphere as there is plentyof room to hang out and great service that was fast and very friendly. If you are coming from Manitou springs it is a greatplace to stop in for dessert or a snack. We stopped in for fruit cups and agua frescas (cucumber lime was amazing!) to find there was also a separate restaurant inside... for food! We really enjoyed the spring rolls, egg rolls and pho! The fruit cups with tajin and chamoy and the fruit cups withchocolate are delicious and a refreshing snack! We will definitely be back! Read more

What a great little pho shop

This place is newly opened, and boy are we glad! The food, atmosphere, customer service is fantastic! We order 3 combos, and a... large Pho. The combo portions are huge, plan on left overs! Next time we will try the Palenta Bar. Thank you, Drew! Read more

Very nice staff, clean space and delicious food all around! We tried the combos which gave us plenty of food to try and also... have food to share with our 2 toddlers. Of course, we had to try both restaurants, cuz how can you not. The Vietnamese cuisinewas phenomenal. Great crunch to the fresh egg rolls. Spring rolls had the perfect mix of textures and flavors with yummy dippingsauces. And the pho was so so tasty and it was all completely customizable. Next up was dessert of course. There are numerousflavors of Paletas available and samples to help you decide. These bars are so creamy and flavorful-and toppings are availabletoo if you want to get fancy! Great food. Unique space with dinner and dessert all in one! I will be back!

My wife and I came in to try this place out. She had the combo deal which is a mini bowl of the pho (which you get to customize... with your choice of broth, meat, noodles and veggies), 2 spring rolls of your choice, and 2 egg rolls of your choice. Formyself, I got a bigger bowl of pho and decided to get the mexican egg rolls on the side. The pho was pho-ntastic! The beef brothI got with rare steak was nice and savory, not too salty, and was full of fresh flavors. The egg rolls were all really good,very crisp and well fried. The spring rolls were really fresh and looked really neat. Btw, if you're looking to get a goodamount of food for a good deal (currently ~$14) the combo deal will get you covered easy.
