Very disappointed. Was supper excited when I saw there was a human bean in the springs. I went to the one in woodland park and... it was good. Not only did the staff act annoyed, my cappuccino and my husbands mocha tasted watery and flavorless. :( hopefullythe union location will be better Read more
I really enjoy their drinks. My favorite is definitely the infused Red Bulls and their breakfast sandwich!! I?ve had 2 not so... great customer service experiences and not any super great ones. Im so sad to see the quality be lost already. The bagels are half the size they used to be and when I got it it was a hard as a... rock with the cheese all through the bag. I was in a panic trying to get some coffee because our normal go-to coffee stand was closing early for the holiday. So I looked... up ?drive thru coffee near me?. And this pulled up and it was closest! So I get there, they?re very friendly and understood mybabbling mouth when they asked what I would like. And clarified my order as well, before proceeding. Their drinks were smoothand flavorful! The espresso was very rich and smooth! Beautifully presented. And, most surprising to me, was not overlyexpensive! I feel they were priced for competitive quality! Because I could easily say it was as good or better than Starbucks.But 1/2 the cost.
