I've had honey baked ham for the last 3 Thanksgiving and everytime it has been delicious.

The ham was good....always is. BUT, I called last Thursday to make sure I could get a 4 pound ham and a red velvet cake (... husband's favorite, and has birthday surprise) Granted, I should have gotten the gal's name, but she told me no need toorder....ham would be there and they had a case of red velvet cake. Fast forward to Saturday at opening time. First in store,I'd like a ham and a red velvet cake. A woman goes back to the freezer and comes back and says they sold the last 2 cakesyesterday. It took her quite awhile to return with that info, so long in fact, that the girl waiting on me went back to check onher. My guess is the woman who went looking is the one I spoke to, and she knew she had misspoken about availability. Suffice tosay, I was livid. Ruined my birthday surprise....last time I take the word of the employee as gospel. I was coming from Denverand could have gone to another store, but chose the one closer to home. They said they could check the store on Pueblo, but thatwas 52 miles out of my way. Thanks for nothing! I will be hard pressed to shop there ever again....like starving, before I shopthere. Not great for vegans, or those who keep kosher/halal. But the name should honestly kinda clue you in to that. Mad tasty,... succulent hams n turkeys. Skip ALL the sides, theyre frozen n not great even once ya cook em. Read more

I know that everyone is busy and that restaurants and food services have had a difficult time period and I will say the... employees at this honey baked ham are efficient and professional perand professional. But don't tell me I can order online whenwhat I need is unavailable online and you tell me it is 1st come 1st serve. All I wanted was ham's license not a large meal andnot a 7.9 pound ham for $65. Worst service I?ve ever had. I set up a pick up but didn?t prepay as I have never been so I was unsure. I got there and after... there was 2 people left in line, they pulled everyone from checking people out to the prepay line. THIRTY MINUTES LATER and nowthat I?m immensely late for work. They decided I was worth it to assist. They didn?t have any of the orders ready and it wascompletely chaos. The manager was a disaster and I will absolutely never be returning!
