Today was the CO Springs Summer Vegan Market held at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College. While there we... had lunch at TASTE. I believe the menu choices were changed to cater to the vegan crowd that was there. We ordered a vegan currydish and a vegan fruit gazpacho soup. The curry dish was tasty but the curry sauce was a bit pasty dry when mixed into the riceand other ingredients. I would have preferred it a bit juicier. It was also to salty for me. The fruit gazpacho was excellent.The patio view is absolutely wonderful and very spacious. Our waiter was excellent and very friendly along with everyone elsethat worked there. The menu also has some other interesting choices worth trying. Read more
