I was so disappointed with our order. The people were rude ordering our food. Then we waited 15 min after ordering, then get... home to have the wrong order. I wasn't able to go back until later, but was told I couldn't come back until the next day. Wentthe next day for a refund, but was told they will just give us the food we didn't get. To make matters worse there was a hair inthe taco! I well never go back here again! Read more

Normally thos place is great! But today the girl at the drive through was a terror! We pulled up and she was like what do you... want. Not welcome to taco bell or nothing. And we were like oh, okay. Didn't say that of course. Then we ordered one thing andshe was like *scough* is that all and my husband and I were just done. So we were like you know WHAT never mind we are done withyour attitude and we drove off. When I tried to call they didn't even answer. So not a great experience and terrible customerservice!!! We usually get the dinner box with 12 tacos when we need something fast. The kids love tacos I mean really who doesn't I know... there are people who don't, but they never have our order wrong. When you get to the window the staff is always friendly, and Ihave had a few of them compliment me on something I was wearing. That is always nice! Read more
Food was good and service was adequate. However when I requested the key to the restroom for my charge with mobility issues they... informed me the key was 'stolen'. I know for sure the manager in charge has a master. If your restroom is not accessible pleasehave a sign stating 'no public restroom' do not lie. Read more
Lakaila was great food was great, I don't understand why there wouldn't be any potatoes or drive thru closed but that's not on... the employees its on MANAGEMENT. I'M SORRY employees can't come to work and have everything they need to do their job. Verypoor leadership, they should be grateful their employees don't call off. Normally I would take it with a grain of salt and say this is just another fast food restaurant. But tonight kind of pushed... things over the edge. Ordered the build it combo box. Got a crunchwrap supreme. I wish I had taken a Pic because it had hardlyany meat, cheese or lettuce on it. The nachos w/ cheese sauce was only filled half way with cheese and wild strawberry freezehad melted to about half full by the time I got home(2 minute drive). The beefy 5 layer burrito had a soft shell taco that had alittle bit of beef and beans and cheese wrapped up in a burrito shell. Compared to previous visits, feeling a bit cheated. Read more
Whoever runs this particular Taco Bell needs to have a coaching conversation with their night staff. I?ll start with we were not... treated at all or asked if we needed to place an order or pick up. No one was at the register and no one looked up when wewalked into the lobby. I feel bad for customers who don?t order online. This experience was at least 10 minutes. The gentlemanmanning the window tonight was literally the only nice. There was another customer who came in and needed to use the restroomwhich was locked. She asked multiple times and was completely ignored, until, she leaned over the counter to say it and thegentleman at the window helped her. There was no hot sauce in the lobby and when I mentioned this, one female employee shoutedthat it was by the drinks. I told her there was none and the other lady seemed SUPER inconvenienced to bring us the bin for thesauce. Meanwhile, the two (I?m not even going to say gentleman) rude boys on the line completely IGNORED the whole interaction.Well not completely. They were paying attention, looking up when people were talking, rolling eyes, etc. The guy on the grillclosest to the counter literally looked right at us, as well as the lady who needed to use the restroom, and instead of sayinganything like ?give us just a second? or ?we will be right with you?, he just glared at us like we were the reason foreverything wrong in his life. After working in retail and food service for 15+ years, this was the worst experience I?ve everhad.
