I don?t usually leave reviews but this time I feel like I have too. We waited inside for almost an hour while we watch people... not work or move slowly. While I understand being short staffed, generally everyone works together to get food out in a timelyorder, here one person spent about 20 mins sweeping while only two people worked on food orders. They finally had our orderready but the girl stopped to chat with a coworker before calling out our name (with our food in her hand). To top it all offthey messed up our order. Why do I keep coming here? It?s on me at this point. This is consistently the slowest drive thru of any fast food restaurant... I?ve ever been to. I?ve tried three times over the last month and every time it?s been a 20-30 minute wait. I kept thinking itwould eventually get better, but that is apparently not the case. And they have a sign up tonight saying they are closing at10pm. I?m guessing they have a really bad manager and they can?t keep staff so everyone is new and keeps quitting. Go somewhereelse. Great location and recently remodeled. Lots of tables and lots of room. Unfortunately, the took out the outside seating and have... not replaced it. The kiosks were easy to use and the food came out surprisingly quick. We will definitely stop here more often. Read more
Friday night 9/9/22 the crew was very short staffed. They were working so hard and we're sooooo polite and kind. Fresh and... delicious! Amazing workers!! Seriously filled my heart and broke it at the same time with how hard they were working and how sokind they were. I didn't have more than $2 cash in my wallet but I would have given them so much more as a tip (though they arenot supposed to accept them I guess?). Great team. Thank you so much. Read more

This location has gone to an almost "touch-less" business model. The drive-thru is always very long and very slow, the pickup... orders are always late, so people are standing in the lobby, and now they want you to order exclusively from the kiosks that arein the lobby, so you don't even interact with anybody in the building. For some people, that's fine, but it is nice to actuallytalk to an employee and make sure they understand your order, especially if you do a special order. Also at this location, theyhave been out of mild sauce for quite a while. Read more
