Every single time I go to this Taco Bell location, I wait in line for 20 minutes just to be told they?re out of EVERYTHING.... Either you need a new GM that is going to forecast properly or you need better employees who are going to actually prep thecorrect amount of food. Went there at about 1100 pm after picking up my son at airport . Ordered to go. What terrible food. I ordered the #2 and what... I got was a cold burrito and a cold taco. I ordered a cheesy roll up and it too was cold. The cheese wasn?t even melted. Myson?s burrito and taco was cold as well. We were already on the road home and too tired to go back. Worst TB I have ever been to. Female employee was extremely rude. We were only people in there at 8pm, but our order for 6... regular tacos took almost 20 minutes. Girl who took our order made her own food, then went into dining room to eat. On her wayout the door, she yelled at another employee to make our tacos. He ignored her and went in the back where he was socializingwith some other workers. Finally, one of the guys came out and made our order. He was pleasant enough. Sketchy area. Homelesswoman bathing in bathroom and two more homeless people with their dog in the dining area, and other homeless people, obviouslyon drugs, loitering in the parking lot. Did not feel safe at all, and I grew up in Los Angeles. Avoid this location. Read more
Ordered 2 hard tacos. They gave me 2 meat and cheese soft tacos that look like they have been sitting for 30 minutes. Even took... a bite and spit it out it was disgusting. Went back for then to fix it and they gave me 2 hard tacos with soft bottoms theywere cheap on everything from the meat to the lettus. THEY DO NOT MAKE FOOD AS YOU ORDER. Eat here at your own risk. No you can't be open at 7, not answering the drive thru at 7:10. Went to Wendy's next door. I can't say I won't come back, the... evening crew seems to know how to run the store. The owner truly need to make pop up visits. No respect for others who go towork in the morning. Read more
First time in a taco bell in over a year because of past bad experiences at other locations. Tried this one while visiting the... area, fantastic service, especially for 8 am, and the food was exactly as promised. Super nice staff, too. Thank you. Read more
AWFUL!!I pulled in to this location at 12:40am after driving from the other location that?s my usual spot cause it?s down the... road from my house. That location is the Cheyenne Mountain Taco Bell and it is 99.9% on point in virtually every way! I pulledup and was told that they are closed due to short staffing ???? OK fine the Cheyenne Mountain location is as I said pretty onpoint, so I drove to THIS location which is open until 1am and they had the lights on but no one came to the speaker to sayanything?I will NEVER give this location another try, I work hard and late I don?t close my business early!! Came to this location to pick up an order, upon arriving, I was told that they were cleaning their line and it would be a while... to have my order even though it was ordered ahead. While I was waiting, a few more people came in and one gentleman asked touse the restroom and that he was a customer. He was told he had to order first and pay for his order before he would be allowedto use the restroom. The guy ordered well over $100 worth of food and was still told he had to wait to use the restroom.Employees here are rood and have no customerservice qualities whatsoever Read more
