Every single time I go to this Taco Bell location, I wait in line for 20 minutes just to be told they?re out of EVERYTHING.... Either you need a new GM that is going to forecast properly or you need better employees who are going to actually prep thecorrect amount of food. Went there at about 1100 pm after picking up my son at airport . Ordered to go. What terrible food. I ordered the #2 and what... I got was a cold burrito and a cold taco. I ordered a cheesy roll up and it too was cold. The cheese wasn?t even melted. Myson?s burrito and taco was cold as well. We were already on the road home and too tired to go back. Worst TB I have ever been to. Female employee was extremely rude. We were only people in there at 8pm, but our order for 6... regular tacos took almost 20 minutes. Girl who took our order made her own food, then went into dining room to eat. On her wayout the door, she yelled at another employee to make our tacos. He ignored her and went in the back where he was socializingwith some other workers. Finally, one of the guys came out and made our order. He was pleasant enough. Sketchy area. Homelesswoman bathing in bathroom and two more homeless people with their dog in the dining area, and other homeless people, obviouslyon drugs, loitering in the parking lot. Ordered 2 hard tacos. They gave me 2 meat and cheese soft tacos that look like they have been sitting for 30 minutes. Even took... a bite and spit it out it was disgusting. Came to this location to pick up an order, upon arriving, I was told that they were cleaning their line and it would be a while... to have my order even though it was ordered ahead. While I was waiting, a few more people came in and one gentleman asked touse the restroom and that he was a customer. He was told he had to order first and pay for his order before he would be allowedto use the restroom.
