Always choose this Taco Bell over other locations. Used to messed up orders but I feel like this one is very consistent. They... wrote on our breakfast boxes, telling us which one was steak so we didn?t have to guess?which is something I?ve never gotten atany Taco Bell before. We order a lot of items usually and knowing what?s what is always a process. Thank you Palmerpark/academy for literally being the best Taco Bell in town . Read more

I usually come here on my lunch break but I will not be back for a while. I asked for hot sauce in the bag at the drive-through.... When there wasn?t any I simply asked the girl at the window for some. She then sighed pointedly at her coworker behind her, grabbed a ridiculous handful and proceeded to hand it to me while packets were falling out of her hand. She then said, ?Have agood day.? Shutting the window and laughing with her coworker. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention awaste of hot sauce. ???????? Read more

This is not fast food. Most slow restaurants don't make you wait 30+ minutes for your order. Mobile orders are the bottom... priority, so I suggest using the drive thru whether or not you want to eat inside. I love how they just toss things like chipsand cinnamon twists upside down into the bag. I will start respecting myself today by never going here again. They are allapparently short-staffed and slow as molasses. Read more

I bought over $30 worth of food this location spent over 30 minutes to make it while there was no real rush. The order in front... of me had only 3 items the order behind me had also 3 items. They told me to pull up front and wait for my order. While this didnot bug me and I do not mind waiting for good service, but this wait was a bit too long for a small order of 13 itemsconsidering that Taco Bell has an option for 20 tacos which is larger than my order. Who ever is the manger needs to addressthat timing is everything and who ever is the manager needs to help their team with understand how to move quickly whileproviding excellent service. This location was a disappointment and when it was supposed to be fast in the drive thru it was notfast it was way too long and time is money. Read more

It's an excellent taco bell. I've had taco bell all over Cali, az, texas, Nevada, New Mexico, the middle east believe it or not,... and now Colorado and yeah this is a better than than average taco bell. What I really love about this place is that they employour youth and when I was a teenager I worked a taco bell, I can tell there not only providing good food and service but alsoopportunity. And yes the youngsters are doing a good job. Read more

Pulled into the well lit drive through and was greeted by a young man on the speaker. I said "just a minute please" to which he... replied "sure, take your time". I was instantly impressed with the courtesy so I ordered and went to the window to pay. As Ipulled up the same young man handed me my Baja Blast and complimented Tucker. As he took my money he complimented my tattoos. He handed me my food and change and told me to have a great night. Impressive. Respect is something that a lot of us couldbrush up on and this kid did a great job. Food was good as well. Tucker was a little bummed because they didn't have doggytreats at the window but I think he'll get over it. Read more

We went to this Taco Bell drive through and ordered a bean burrito and 2 tacos. The employees that were there heard the order... and confirmed that it was a bean burrito and 2 tacos. They just put the burrito in the bag playing a game to see if we wouldnotice that we did not get the tacos. I know that we should of checked but a simple order like that we didn?t even think that wehad too. Maybe with a big order we would of made sure but to make it a game to see if we would notice should not even be whenyour on the clock serving customers. We did not go back for the tacos and maybe if we did we would not be posting this. This isjust an alternative to what happened. I am pretty confident that it was a game being played between the employees to make theirday more exciting. That?s all I gotta say about that. Thank you and it is upsetting but what is going on in the fast foodserving world. Thanks for reading and have a great day, thank you. Read more
